Why Dont I See Any Changes In My Body

Why can’t I see any changes in my body from working out? Am I not pushing my self hard enough or is it more likely due to my diet?

Losing weight is almost totally driven by food choices (what and how much). Exercise (such as walking, running, and workouts) is needed for stamina and strength and for making sure that the weight you lose is fat and not muscle, but purely in terms of weight loss, exercise is neither necessary nor sufficient. It’s not necessary, because even if you don’t exercise, you can lose weight; and it’s not sufficient because, even if you do exercise, you cannot eat anything you want and still lose weight.In contrast, good food choices are both necessary and sufficient for weight loss, so I see food choice as the main driver of weight loss.My current diet advice describes in some detail an approach that is simple, easy, effective, satisfying (you won’t feel hungry), involves no calorie counting, and offers an easy transition from weight loss to weight maintenance, always tricky. I lost quite a bit of weight following that method, and I was quite sedentary at the time. (Since then I have taken up Nordic walking and because it’s so enjoyable I now walk a little over an hour a day, six days a week. But weight loss still depends on food choices. Walking is for fitness, not weight loss.)It will probably take a couple of weeks to get the hang of it, but stick with it for two months and see then what you think.

In the first month of my gyming, I saw some changes in my body, but during the second month, there were no changes at all. I am not even feeling the pump, what am I doing wrong and what should I do?

first few weeks are amazing… u see gains doesn’t matter how u eat or lift… u just need to lift weights and eat anything.. but sson ur body get used to these changes.. than u have to do stuffs properly.only first month u saw gains.. 2nd u didn’t.. u must be doing many things wrong.. 2nd month is too early to see no newbie gains(gains u get in start)..problems can be-u may not be lifting with intensity, u may not be eating anything, u are not at all regular or just roaming around in gym thinking what to lift or what not to, or u can be overtraininghow u can resolve-eat more healthy food, create a proper lifting gym plan with exercises, don’t go more than 5 days a week… and lift weight with more intensity..good luck

My body hasn't changed.?

Everyone told me I would stop developing around 18-20 but I m turning 18 in a couple month and I don t see any changes. My body has looked he same since I was in 6th grade. I guess the only change that happened is I had a massive growth in height. I am still flat chested and I don t have a butt either. My hips aren t wide. I weigh 97 pounds and I can still fit into my middle school jeans. I have fast metabolism so I tried drinking milk and eating more protein to hopefully gain some weight and I don t see results. I don t know what to do now.

My wife's body changed? I find this gross?

My wife has stretch marks as well I personally don't care she is still my wife and the person I will always love. I love this about her, her body just has a story she did give birth to my sons and that is the most wonderful things. You are a horrible husband and a poor excuse for a man. You should just love your wife no matter what her body looks like after child birth.

Will my body change any more?

Like.. will I grow taller? Get boobs? Sound like an adult?
I'm 16, in grade 10. 5ft tall and weigh between 91-98 lbs.
I got my period when I was 11 in 5ft grade.
I'm very flat. I'm an A30.
I eat very healthy and take care of myself best I can.
My doctor says I'm healthy.
My biological mom got her period when she was 13, and was about 5'6- 5'7 at my age. Girls in her family are like.. 5'4-5'8.
My dad is 5'6-ish. In his family most girls ( aunt's, my grandma, cousins, etc) are between 4'10-5'5.
I hate how tiny and childish I look compared to my friends. I'm the oldest in my friend group. Yet all my friends are taller. They have bigger cup sizes too. They get asked out on dates and people actually flirt with them. I am jealous. I've asked out lots of girls before and I just get rejected. My friends have asked out boys, girls, and everything in between and they get more dates.
I brought up this to my friend today and she said " you're so short girls must just see right over you! Plus you have a soft voice. " Uh.. how do I make myself look older?!?
Makeup helps a bit but I normally don't have time for it in the morning to put it on.

What changes happens in the body of a woman who's not virgin anymore?

Hymen is broken that is the only body change happens and Blissful romance run over again and again.

How do I see visible changes in my body after regular exercise?

Believe me, when you work hard and work smart you will see the result. I have seen people working out without any motivation and expecting results and getting no where even in 6 months. You need to eat proper food and train properly and remember no pain no gain.  Then soon you will see results, you'll be able to do more chin ups & more pull ups. These are the small things that keep motivating you to do more.
