Why do the Laker fans forget that Kobe shot 6-24 in game 7 of NBA Finals?
In Lebron final game against Boston he shot 36%, Kobe shot 24%. Lebron also had as much rebounds and more assists than Kobe the ballhog Bryant. Kobe onl ywon the championship because Artest, Odom, Fisher, Gasol were more clutch than Mo Williams, Antawn Jamison, and Delonte West.
How are people already forgetting about how good Kobe was?
Kobe was the best player in the NBA from 2001-2011, i'm not even a Lakers fan or a huge Kobe fan but the guy deserves a lot of respect for what hes done and that girl was just a gold digger, he made a mistake that doesn't mean he should be penalized for it for the rest of his life, she obviously lead him on and even tho he did it which still does not make it right hes learned from what hes done hes still married to his wife to me hes proven hes a changed man throughout the years i really used to dislike him but now i know hes matured and learned how to deal with life, that alone and his play on the floor made me change my views on him i always knew he was one of the greatest to play the game I hope he can win one more ring in the next 2-3 years before he retires. And about the Lebron/Kobe debate i don't like one more than the other but to me what kobe has done throughout his career staying on one team the whole time dominating games 81 points 5 championships won 2 with pau gasol and lamar odom as his wing players that season he averaged 35.5 points a game and almost took the lakers over the suns that same year, so to me when its all said and done Lebron is unbelievable but Kobe will have the slight edge for the way he has performed on the court.
Better shooter Larry Bird, Kobe Bryant, or Steve Nash?
Steve Nash In my opinion the greatest shooter of all time. Why? Because the man can do everything and has been in the 50/40/90 club 5 times the only other person to even make it 2 times is Larry Bird. Steve can beat you anyway possible on the offensive end of the floor and has unlimited range. He can shoot floaters,runners,off balanced shots,pull ups,and set shots. Nobody in the history of the league can do all of these things to the high level Nash can.
Why do people hate Kobe Bryant?
I honestly believe this man should be a well respected man. In 2004 he was charged with rape (falsely), was forced to admit adultery, he lost in the finals, every sponsor imaginable abandoned him. For any normal human thats a tarnished image forever. However because he is such an excellent player he managed to repair his image, regain his sponsors, and lead his Shaqless teams far into the playoffs, all because of his incredible talent. This is amazing especially consider how much pressure he is constantly under. He always gets blamed for the break up of the Dynasty but people seem to forget how cocky and arrogant Shaq was. Not even David Stern likes him. Hes trying to force Lebron (the master of overrated) James down our throats. He said Andrew Bynum sucks and should be traded and hes right Bynum blows. Why do people hate the guy? He doesn't seem like a jackass, why do people hate him? I didnt want this to be a rant but I just want to make sure you know where I coming from,

Why does ESPN advertise Kobe as the clutchest player when these numbers and figures say Dirk is? (Read all)?
Its ESPN are you actually expecting them to do anything other than overhype the top players. People have underrated Dirk throughout his career its a joke. Dirk is a top 3 YES top 3 player in this league because he has had to carry this team ever since Nash and Finley left. After they left his best players were Howard and Terry who are inconsistent. Devin Harris wasnt as great in Dallas as he is in New Jersey. And he took this team to the finals in a STRONG Western conference. He had a 50 game performance against the Suns in a game in the WCF that season and took an inconsistent group to the finals. Like it or not people Dirk is a top 3 player in this league but is overlooked because people like LeBron James is overhyped by the media. Dirk is better than LeBron and is not that far off from Kobe he is a clutch player and a decent defender and he makes his teammates better. Michael Finley's best years were with Dirk. Josh Howard's best years were with Dirk. And for a 7 foot guy he has such a great range which makes him more deadly. And he is a great FT shooter with percentage in the high 80s every year. And yes Dirk is more clutch than Kobe. ESPN is a garbage network period they just want to hype the most marketable players and Dirk doesnt fill that mold. Dont take anything they say seriously.
