Why Is My Molar Wiggly

How do I pull out a loose molar?

You need to see a dentist to get it extracted. Even loose teeth can be very painful to remove and needs to be done under local anesthetic. Molars, even if they are loose, can be locked in to the bone because of the root anatomy and may not come out easily. They may need to be sectioned with a handpiece and taken out in separate pieces (which is less traumatic that trying to force it out in one piece). Dentists have elevators and different forceps for different teeth. These instruments have been sterilized for your safety - the dirty pliers from your toolbox is not a substitute. It is also advisable to get the extraction done under the care of a dentist to manage complications such as bleeding and infection, and therefore, a medical history is very important to review. The dentist will take x-rays to assess the level of difficulty of the extraction and discuss with you the informed consent for extraction.

Wiggling teeth after braces?

I got my braces off a few weeks ago.
Now all my teeth are wiggling
I dont know if this is normal because I also used to grind my teeth at night and have very small roots.

Also, i hit one I of my teeth onto sink today and now its wiggling, i was just wondering if it would go back to neutral and stay strong again,

So Mainly my 2 questions are:
1) after getting braces off, my teeth were wiggling, (have small roots)... will theyever get stronger?
2) i hit one of my teeth on the sink and they are wiggling, will it ever get stronger again or be wiggling forever.

***please dont tell me to visit my dentist, just let me know lol***

I have a wiggly (little) second molar?

It's hard to say if you don't know if it's permanent or baby. I don't remember my baby teeth actually hurting when they became loose, so I'm thinking the tooth in question is permanent. Also, I don't see a dentist filling a baby tooth. Go to the dentist. You might have to get it pulled. If not, then the filling needs to be replaced. Either way, you need to go.

Why does my neighbouring premolar tooth feels loose post lower first molar extraction?

Apart from the disruption due to surgery, since teeth stabilize each other, removing one—especially a molar—allows a little more “play” in neighbors. If you’re not having pain or swelling, go ahead and eat normally.

Loose tooth at 19 years old?

I have a funny tooth in my bottom row that is wiggly a lil. Of course, all my teeth are developed and developed a long time ago but this tooth which is an adult tooth is wiggly just a little bit. I say a little bit, its not to the point that is falling out or hanging off my gums lol. Its embeded and no different from my other teeth except for the fact that I can grab it between two of my fingers and move it forward and back which amuses me. The tooth doesnt bother me, pain me, or any less solid or strong as any of my other teach. I think the gum under it is a little loose since there was a time when I was little that while one of my baby teeth was falling out, and my adult tooth started growing before the other one could come out so I had a tooth behind the other until the original one came out and the adult one that was behind it moved into position with the other teeth. Is it my gum or my tooth that is loose?

Why do my teeth feel loose with braces?

Hi..Braces treatment results in moving tooth from original position to a new predetermined position. So in order to change position it has to move depending upon the direction and magnitude of force applied.in the figure below you can see pink colored bone around yellow colored root. so during tooth movement original mature bone dissolves and new immature soft bone forms.Due to this continous orthodontic force and formation of immature soft bone ; tooth becoming loose.you dont need to worry because tooth will not come out as long as you follow the instructions given by your orthodontist

15 years old- loose tooth- should I be worried?

With it being one of your back teeth......It's probably a late baby tooth exfoliating (coming out). Usually we lose teeth & get our new adult teeth in between the ages of 5-12. But sometimes there are people who are on their own schedule. It's very normal. I have seen a 3 year old lose her 1st tooth & have seen a 17 & 18 yr olds with 1 or 2 back baby molars still. Also occasionally there are adults that still have 1 or 2 baby molars, but that because they are "missing" the adult tooth. That adult tooth is called "congenitally missing " because the tooth bud never was there & the tooth never grew so it could "push out" the baby molar. When your tooth falls out, you might be able to feel another one growing in. May bey right away or may bey within 6mo. When you get to your dentist appointment, they will take an x-ray & you will see the baby tooth & the adult tooth. You should be brushing at least 2 times a day, & flossing at least once a day. Brush the top teeth for 1 min & the bottom for 1 min. Make sure to brush at the gum line. Be gentle though,Don't try to brush your gums off. Brush making small circles. Good Luck! :-)
