Trying to confirm my card to my PayPal account, when I try to get the code a message says "Your card was declined by the issuing bank."?
It usually means that card can't be used with PayPal.
HI i can not receive mail to my yahoo mail account?
Go into the account section of your yahoo email account and check that someone hasn't added another email for your emails to be redirected too. Do this asap (especially if you have an eBay account). This happened to my partner and all his emails were being sent to someones gmail account. Not sure how they got into his yahoo account though.

Item sold on eBay but payment not received?
I'm new to eBay and I recently sold my first item. I noticed that the payment has not been received, I have tried checking my Paypal but there is nothing, not even when i check in the transaction history. My question is when will i receive my payment? Do i wait until I receive payment or do i ship items? I hear a lot that funds are on hold for 21 days, but i see no signs of a hold.

Can you get scammed on PayPal if you're the seller?
Okay so I sold a ticket to this girl, she paypal me the money and I accepted and sent it to my bank account before sending her the ticket. My PayPal is not showing the transaction and transfer transaction isn t showing up on my bank account either but I got a confirmation email saying I received the money and transfer. She also got a message saying the transaction was marked as suspicious but she replied "yes" to authorize it. She sent me a screenshot of her doing so so I know it s legit but is there anywhere you can scam someone through PayPal ? Maybe she called to say she didn t make that transaction so she can get her money back and the ticket for free ? Or does PayPal usually take this long ? It s been 3 hours already , my transfers usually are instantly . Thank you (:
