Will I Get A Toned Body

How can i get a lean toned body?

Ryan Reynolds had a very good diet plan and workout program. He obviously had the help of a personal trainer and his lifestyle made achieving his goals (probably) much easier. However, the fundamentals of his dieting and workouts were very basic and down to science. He did what works, he did that because he had someone to teach him that. His personal trainer provided him with a program that works for him. The right diet depends on the individual but the fundamentals are all the same.

You want to lower your body fat obviously, but you want to do so while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible - that's what will make you pop out and look good. Working your back out is fun and Ryan Reynolds focused on that primarily for one day in his routine - his biceps would get hit during those exercises anyway. I love doing lat exercises and even when cutting I notice the pump makes them look massive and widens my upper body so much, creates an amazing V shape.

There is actually an eBook that's over 400 pages long and provides many male celebrity workout programs and diet meal plans. I have not read it personally, but a friend of mine that goes to the gym did and he learned quite a bit and opened his eyes to what he was doing wrong. The book includes sections for each of the celebrities specific diet plans and workout routines that worked for them. You can read about what Ryan Reynolds did and then modify it to your needs.

I'll link to the website in the source but there's more information on what the book covers once you click on the book image or buy it now risk free, blah blah. I don't buy eBooks but it's 100% satisfaction or your money back and Clickbank is known for refunding if a buyer feels jipped. It's worth checking out at least but if you take the time to research it (weeks probably) you will learn most of the basics that were implemented in Ryan Reynolds diet and workout program.

How can i get a toned body in 3 weeks?

1. Make your muscle tone show through by decreasing your body fat. Reduce all sugar intake, especially refined carbs. Examples are white bread, soda, candy and white rice. Replace those foods with whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta and fruit. Depending on how many calories you're taking in from sugar right now, this could help you lose two or three pounds of fat in two weeks.

2. Commit to working out most, if not all days of the week according to the American College of Sports Medicine's recommendation. Set aside 30 to 60 minutes for cardio and 30 minutes for strength training. The cardio will burn calories immediately and the strength training will revv up your metabolism for the rest of the day.

3. Follow this exercise plan which requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. Do each of the following exercises for one minute each: push-ups, sit-ups, squats, calf-raises, leg lifts and triceps dips on the side of stairs or a bench. These strength exercises will increase your muscle mass and improve your muscle tone in as little as two weeks.

4. Repeat those exercises at least four times per week. Start with one set and work your way up to two or three sets. Use weights for even better toning results. With the combination of body fat reduction and muscle toning, you'll see a more lean, toned body in two weeks. Don't stop there, though. Keep going and make fitness a way of life.

Will walking alone tone the body?

Yes. To a 'degree'. IE: It won't tone or shape your body like resistance or more intense training will do. But, it is a full body motion/movement.. and with the time you are speaking it will have the opportunity to have impact.

If you are relatively sedentary now, in that you don't do any form of exercise.. this should be very beneficial for you -- and actually recommended before moving onto more intense physical training.

You should see 'some' effects after a month of walking -- perhaps minor, but noticeable. After 6months it should be fairly dramatic.. and beyond that you will probably want to up the pace, and/or add something new to address your new fitness level.
