After tech school will i be E2 or E3?
I joined the Air Force with 20+ college credits too. Here's what happened to me: April 2003 joined, E1 pay May 2003 Graduated Basic, received my E2 stripe and at the date of graduation started receiving E2 pay January 2004 received E3 rank and pay October 2005 received E4 rank and pay through the Below The Zone program March 2006 tested for SSgt July 2006 notified I made SSgt on my first try. I would have received the rank and pay in August 2007 because if my line number. However, due to a heart issue I was medically discharged in September 2006. (Irony for you, at 0800 on a Wednesday morning I was notified I made SSgt, at 1300 the same day, I was notified of the medical discharge! Talk about highs and lows on the same day!!) If you think you're going to make it a career, sign on for 6 years, it can help with making rank a little faster, but not much. If you're not sure, then just go for the 4 years...you're already going to be ahead of most 1st Term Airmen because of you're college. Good Luck!! If my friend and I sign up for BUD/s in the same day will they purposefully separate us or allow us to go through BUD/s together?
A “Buddy” Contract is an option. But, you’re very likely to get snagged on the BUD/S Draft.There are a very limited number of slot, or billets, for BUD/S each year. Let’s say there are 5 classes each year and about 200 people in each class. That’s, obviously, only 1000 slots. And trust me, there are a LOT more than 1000 guys each year wanting to go our to Coronado and try to become a Frogman!So the Navy has a ranking process. Once your packet is completed and submitted, it will get reviewed and placed into the queue. When a new class gets ready to form, they will select the top ~200 guys and those guys will get orders cut. The problem for YOU and your buddy is what if one of you gets orders to the next class and the other one to the class after that?It’s possible that your recruiter could get a delay on the guy who got his billet first and push him back to the next selection. But, you still don’t know if both of you will get selected for the next one. It would be a gamble.But, if both of you score closely on the PST, CSORT and whatever else they’re using today as measurables, then it’s possible you’ll both get picked up for the same class. But, I absolutely would not count on it.

Can you go to school after getting a tooth pulled?
I'm going to the dentist tommorow becuase my baby teeth don't come out of their own (my mom was the same way) and now my adult tooth is almost fully grown and one side of the baby tooth is still attached to my mouth when the other side is wedged into my adult tooth. My mom is INSISTING that I must go back to school but I have band and chorus after anyway. So should I just stay home?
How long does it take to register for a school?
you may be able to start school the day you register it depends. and how long it takes depends on how many people are there infront of you but for me it is usually an all day thing. you have to see admissions, financial aid, bursar, & academic advisement...you are talking about college correct?
Braces- do they hurt, can i go 2 school the day after i get them?
they hurt like hell, but honey, they are WORTH IT! you'll be fine the day after you get them. Just take some tylonal before you get the braces and then follow the directions on how often to take them for the next 3 days, cuz they will hurt while to shift your teeth into place. Also do that after you get major rubber band changes! but going to school the next day will be fine! plus you get to show off your sweet smile!

I never had a root canal done but my teacher did and she told us about it. It does hurt. I do not suggest you go to school because your cheeks are going to be swollen and fat and you will probably not talk right.
