Will Minecraft On Xbox One Have Dedicated Servers

I have Minecraft for the PS4 and I want to create a server. Is there any way for people to play when I'm offline?

You may not be able to create one yourself, but depending on the availability, you can look into buying Minecraft realms within the game which gives you access to your own private world to fill with games, maps or just a survival experience. It runs 24/7 so you and your friends can enjoy a fun multiplayer experience whenever you wish together or alone when your friends aren't on. Anyone can join whenever and only one of you have to pay.

Does Minecraft PS4 have dedicated servers?

I have Minecraft for the PS3, but it does not have dedicated servers. So I'm wondering if Minecraft for the PS4 have it? Please let me know before I decide on buying it. Thank you!

How much should a Minecraft server cost?

You should expect to pay between $4 and $12 for each gigabyte of memory you need. (1GB of RAM should be able to support 5-20 players depending on whether or not you mod the server)There are good and bad apples on both sides of the scale. You can still get a decent server on the lower end of the spectrum, but at the cost of availability, and most importantly, your time.Full Disclosure: I am one of the founders at MCProHosting (we've hosted 500,000+ Minecraft servers)

How long does it usually take for minecraft servers too update?

That 100% depends on the admin, and the server type.

If it's vanilla, there's no reason it wouldn't be instant. It should at least be very soon.
If it's Bukkit, give it a few days, as Bukkit's team have to update bukkit before the server can be updated.
If it's forge, you may have to wait a while. Forge has to wait for all the mods to update before they can update; some big mods (eg Redpower) are still on 1.4.7

I've got a few questions to ask about minecraft can someone please answer them?

1. To find gold you have to be searching either under water filled areas, or near lava.
2. I don't know about the minecraft on apple products but I believe you can, a tip that might help you is too reach bedrock then go up to layer 4-5 and keep digging to the side
3. your privacy setting must be changed to either a kids setting or someone below an adult or custom.
Hope this helps you.

How do I make a multiplayer Minecraft server?

So here is what I think you should consider.  Running it at home versus running it in the cloud. At home:My PC uses 500W and I live in Chicago.  In Chicago a kilowatt hour is about 16 cents.  So lets do a little math.500W * 24 hours = 12 Kilowatt hours12 Kilowatt hours * $0.16 = $1.92 per day$1.92 * 365 days in a year = $700.80 per yearIn the Cloud:If you wanted a decent server that might be able to handle 10-15 maybe 20 people you can find one at about $25 per month.  Try something like Digital Ocean.  I think they even have instruction on how to setup a minecraft server. So a little math.$25 per month * 12 months in a year = $300Conclusion:$700 electricity cost or $300 cloud server bill?  Hands down, go with using a server in the cloud.  You'll get great bandwidth and you'll pay less than half in operating costs.  Plus your gaming PC isn't held hostage by your Minecraft server.I would put a step by step on how to setup your server but that depends on how and where you do it.  Again check Digital Ocean, I remember seeing them having a 'how to' for Minecraft servers and it was specific to their service.Hope that helps!Edit: Digital Ocean How To - How To Set Up a Minecraft Server on Linux

How do I get permission to use commands on my own Minecraft server?

Minecraft (video game): How do you change to creative mode in multiplayer?

Make sure that you are added to the list of operators for your server.  To do that, either edit the file for it, or when you're in the server console, type /op and then whatever your username is.  After that, type /gamemode 1 in the chat from your Minecraft client, and then hit the enter key.   Voila.  Gamemode 1, otherwise known as Creative. The game modes overall include:/gamemode 0   which is Survival/gamemode 1  which is Creative/gamemode 2which is Adventure and /gamemode 3which is Spectator.

If I "uninstall all" on an Xbox One game, does it delete my save data, or is it saved in the cloud, ready to reinstall with the game?

Three years into the life cycle of the Xbox One, storage space has become a valuable commodity. The base model’s 500GB drive doesn’t seem quite so spacious when your “Ready to Install” list is packed with AAA games that can take up more than 50GB, and almost double that if you’re downloading 4K-compatible games on an Xbox One X.Unless you’ve invested in an external drive to increase your console’s storage capacity, you’ve probably experienced the feeling that comes when you’re forced to delete one of your games to make room for another. If not, the first time can be a harrowing — and confusing — experience. To help you out, we’ve assembled this handy guide on how to delete and re-install your content. It won’t make picking which games to eradicate from your drive any easier, but it will tell you which buttons to press to do so.Step 1From the Xbox One home screen, press the Xbox button to bring up the dashboard, then select the “My Games & Apps” tile.Step 2Highlight the tile of the game you’d like to remove from your hard drive and press the Menu button on your controller. (That’s the Start button, for most players.)Step 3Select “Manage Game” from the pop-up menu that appears.Step 4The next screen is divided into two parts. On the left, you’ll see each piece of content related to the game in question, listed under “Installed” or “Ready to install.” From the left side of the screen, you can also manage any saved data that exists for the selected game.On the right, you’ll see some details about the game, including its file size and a link to the game’s page in the Xbox Store. You can choose to move the data if you have another storage device connected, copy it, or uninstall it entirely. Choose “Uninstall all,” and the game will be removed from your hard drive.Reinstalling deleted gamesIf you want to re-install a deleted game, head back to the “My Games & Apps” screen. On the left, you should see “Ready to Install (X)”, with “X” signifying the number of games and apps you own that aren’t currently installed on your hard drive. Selecting a game or application will automatically begin the installation process, assuming you have enough space on your console. On the left side of the screen, you’ll also now see a “Games With Gold”…Continue Reading
