Monroe piercing keeps falling out!!!?
I don't think you have a monroe piercing...a monroe is basically a lip piercing, done above the upper lip. Blowing your nose should not affect a monroe piercing. Either way, whatever piercing it is that you have, you changed the jewellery far too soon. The main reason for the jewellery falling out that I can think of is that it's not fully healed and the skin is still a bit swollen redering the size of the bar insufficient? However 1.2 is the gauge of the bar though, not the length, so this might still be wrong. It's difficult to answer this question without actually seeing the piercing, hope this helps
If I've lost the ball from my Monroe stud, what can I do in the mean time?
The ball from my Monroe stud fell off today and I can't find it. I can't get to a piercing shop until tomorrow afternoon. What can I do in the mean time to keep the hole from closing?! Would it close that fast anyway? I've only had it pierced for 29 days.

I have my monroe pierced too. The outside of the piercing takes a while to close, like an hour? The inside closes up the second I take the jewellery out. So I always have to thread jewellery through instantly. It might be the same for you, but it might not. The inside heals up very quickly because of enzymes in the saliva :3 Chances are it will close up. Why can't you put a retainer in it? I use a retainer for school. What you do is just push it into your lip, and DON'T put the stud on. The bar will just stay there by itself. It might fall out if you open your mouth too big though, so be careful when you yawn. This happens to me! So leave the stud off, and once you get off shift, put it in. The bar's hollow, so you just pop the bar inside. It's really easy, and you don't have to screw it on like most bars. It's really secure, too. Anyway, when you put it in without the stud, it's awesome. All you see is a black dot. Seriously. My school doesn't even know I have it :) I've had it pierced for around 6 months now and haven't had a single teacher comment on it. Try it, honestly :) I wouldn't tell you about it otherwise. If you're scared about changing it yourself, go to your piercer. With this retainer you won't lose your piercing :) If you have a thick upper lip, I suggest the 10mm and maybe trimming it with the scissors if you need to. Goodluck with it :D
How do I make sure my monroe stud is tight enough?
It's a good idea to put on a sterile latex glove while you're holding the inside part of the jewelry in place. It'll give you a better grip on the post. It's good to tighten any piercings at least daily, especially oral piercings because they can move around a lot. Just make sure you have clean hands whenever you touch your piercing.

The swelling is normal for any piercing. An oral piercing will stay swollen a bit longer because there is so much more irritation. Make sure you clean the inside as well as the outside. Use mouthwash and move the bar around while swishing the mouthwash around the inside of the piercing. The ball is just loose. Make sure when you put it back on your actually tightening it and not just twisting the bar around too. Hold the bar still with your thumb by pushing it against your skin from the inside of your mouth, then twist the ball on. The bar should look too big for you right now, that's to accommodate the swelling. It's too soon to change the barbell, the recommended healing time is 8-12 weeks. No sooner than 4 weeks definitely. When it is healed you can absolutely get a better fitting bar.
Bead to monroe piercing keeps falling out?
Im on my 3rd one. Its getting seriously annoying. Any slight tough and its gone. Ive lost one in the shower and the other down the sink. The first time it fell off when I was sleeping, but I was able to find it and put it back on. But I havent even had this piercing for a week. I know I screw it in all the way and the size is right. So its nothing stupid like that. Im just wondering if its normal for it to fall out whenever I clean it or am in the shower.

So I just got my monroe done about 2 days ago About 30 minutes ago the ball and bar both fell out. I have everything but I think my piercing put the needle through at an angle I can't put the bar through both holes Do I just leave it until I find time to go to the piercer? Do I keep trying? How long does it take for this to heal itself up without the bar in? Please help ;-;

i woke up this morning and the rod thing was in my mouth but the stud was still stuck to the outside of my mouth, i know your supposed to put it in backwards ( inside your mouth and up ) but i cant get it in! :( any help?

If you can find somewhere else that sells body jewelry, you should try going there first. If you absolutely want to put something in it to keep it open, sterilize an earring - high grade, not cheap kind - and put it in there. Also, do sea salt soaks and keep it cleaned until you can go to the piercing shop tomorrow.

Just go back to your piercer for help. You can have them taper the piercing back up to the size it should be. This will probably sting and will set your healing back a little, but it will mean that you can have properly fitting jewelry again. When you have an issue like this with a piercing, go to the people with the best equipment and experience to help you. This means go to your piercer, not try to cobble something together at the mall. Piercers are there to help solve problems and get you back on track.
