I'm getting "Error: can't open file Setup-1.bin Parameter name: Setup-1.bin" while installing Call of Duty Ghosts Black Box. How can I fix this error?
I had this problem couple of years ago while i was installing fifa 14 black box so try the following steps.Make sure that you have extracted the files in one floder that can be the reason it’s not able to find setup-1.bin now if you have already done which in my case was done but still i was having trouble so here's the trick you can useanother thing you need to make sure that you have installed dot net.After that run setup if you still got the error then which you will definately get. Then go to task manager, click on process look for setup64 or setup86 right click on it and click open file location once you find the same setup file which you are trying to use then look how many files are there in same folder there should be 2 , delete the other one and copy the setup-1,2,3…. I installed directX 11 and updated my hd4670 grafik dirver. When a go to dxdiag it says that is version Directx 11 installed. But I could not entered the game and when I tried I am facing this message. "DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error message" Please help!

My guess would be the video card. I looked it up on the Passmark site in their list of many, many, video cards compared by the results reported to them by the users of their benchmarks and it’s pretty far down the list. Your card shows an average score of 1403. Current cards like the Radeon RX 480 shows a score of 8114. Time to upgrade?There is also the possibility that the game requires extensions to the X86 code base that your CPU (or APU as you say) does not support. I noticed recently that one of my desktop machines was failing in one of the 3DMark video benchmarks. No error message. It just stopped two-thirds of the way through. The explanation turned out to be that my CPU was the last from AMD that didn’t support some of these new commands. I solved the problem by giving the box to a grand-nephew. When in doubt give somebody else the problem. :) But, of course, an alternative solution would to upgrade. Almost anything available today will be better.But be quick. Today’s Black Friday! I know, there’s always the end of the year. This is a good time of year to get dissatisfied with your computer. :)

CoD Ghosts won't launch?
I had the same problem when running CoD: Ghosts, PC is up to spec but for some reason it would not run. What I did to track down the error was 1 - Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer 2 - Look in the "Applications Event" and there should be an Error (red) for when the app crashed and an "Information" white just after it. 3 - In this information event there should be a link to an error log, go to this log and open it with Notepad etc - should be a .wep file. 4 - The last driver it tries to load is the one causing the fail. If it was nvdia dll you can go into your device manager and uninstall the driver, oddly this does work. 1 - Right click on Computer 2 - Click Device Manager (Requires Admin Access) 3 - Display Adaptors 4 - Right click on Nvida and click uninstall. Odd fix but seems to work.
