Is it possible for my waist to become smaller?

Hi Chisom - Thanks for reaching out!Is it possible to make your waist smaller? Yes. Can you do it through exercise? No.Fat loss (which, in this case, is most likely what you’d need to accomplish to minimize your waist size) is largely based on nutrition. You can have the best exercise regimen in the world, but if your nutrition sucks, you’re NEVER going to achieve optimal health or your optimal results.Eat (organic) meats, vegetables, (raw) nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no (added) sugar. Eat ONLY when hungry, and just to satisfy - NOT to stuff your face. If you follow this nutritional protocol, you should be well on your way to reaching your goal.Hope this helps! My corset isn't overly tight, will i get smaller waist?

Your waist won't get smaller permanently (unless you drop pounds) even those who corset 23/7 know that their changes are not permanent, thus the reason they have to wear a corset all the time to keep the figure they obtained.

Normal corsetting is to reduce 2-6 inches in the waist and most people can do this easily with out wearing a corset all the time. For those who wear them all the time, many have dropped over 10 inches from their waist.

As for damage to your body, if you are not hurting, you are not doing damage.

How can I get a slim, smaller waist?

You can't lose weight in one certain area. You have to lose it all around. So just exercise and eat right, trust me it will work over time. To lose 1 lb a week burn 500 more calories than you eat and double it for 2 lbs.

What do I have to do to get my waist 2 inches smaller?

An inch of belly fat is on average 8.5 pound of fat meaning you must lose 17 pounds in order to reduce your belly size by two inches.1 pound of fat=3500 Calories. 17 pounds of fat=59,500 Calories.A good amount of fat to lose a month is about 2 KGs. Anymore than 3KGs a month (unless you are obese or extremely overweight) will lead to partial weight gain shortly after.1 KG= 2.2 pounds. 2 KG=4.4 pounds4.4 Pounds=15,400 Calories15,400 Calories- Just over a quarter of the Calories you want to burn. Meaning you can do it safely with little to no weight gain in 3–4 months. Got to be PERCISTENT.15,400 Calories/4 weeks=3,850 Calories3,850 Calories/7 Days=550 CaloriesMeaning to lose 2 inches of belly fat (as well as fat across the rest of your body) you need to be in a daily calorie deficit of 550 Calories.Fuel your body with correct nutrients instead of fake ‘weight loss shakes’Insure that you drink 2–3 litres of water a day.Cut down on sugar to increase the speed of the results.

If i wear a belt really right around my waist will it get smaller ?

Hi,
your idea to get a smaller waist by wearing of a belt isn't right. The belt will create big bulges just above and under both edges of your belt around your waist when you pull your belt tight to reduce your waistline. It will be very uncomfortable for you (you will feel your skin like burned under the belt) and you will look unseemly.

A proper corset is designed to create smooth curves of hourglass silhouette. The corset compresses both halves of your ribs cage together and reduces circumference of your waist. The pressure caused by your corset is spread equally around your body. So you can wear tight corset much easier than a belt.

If you really wish to achieve slender waist and get prettier figure change your diet first. Avoid too fat foods like burgers and sweat drinks like cola, eat healthier foods like boiled foods with vegetables and of course take seriously exercise.
If you wish buy a corset save your money for a propper designed corset. Buy a steel boned corset (reinforced with steel busk, spirals and flat bones).
Sizing of steel boned corset is 20, 22, 24, ... inches. It's waist circumference when the corset is fully laced up. you right size is your natural waist circumference minus 4 - 5 inches.
When you lace your corset up your figure will change into hourglass shape with reduced waistline. You can wear your corset only occasionally or everyday for long hours like you wish. If you wish to achieve really tiny waist you will need to wear your corset almost for a whole day. Start with moderate lacing and lace your corset gradually up.
If you wish try to sleep corseted buy the second corset for it. Lace it up only light initially and then lace it tighter by the time. If you lace your corset too fast or too tight you will have dreamless and sleepless night.

If you lose weight can you waist get smaller?

You don't really need to do any special exercising - just do cardio and you'll lose fat everywhere.

As a general rule, if you've got an hourglass body shape/ pear body shape, your midsection will be one of the first things to shrink. If you've got an apple body shape, then it'll be harder to lose weight off of your midsection.

In fact, if you don't do cardio and only do things like crunches, it won't actually make your waist any smaller oll on their own - regular cardio will make you lose fat all over, revealing a waistline with better shaped muscles because of crunches and exercise targeted to the waistline.
