Let us start.First, you will need to ensure that your car has an Android Car stereo. Now you need an Android mobile phone.Once you have an Android mobile phone, go to the play store and you will need to download an app. In order to download any app from the play store, you need a Gmail Id, that can be easily made within minutes.Search for the app named, "Android Auto" and select it to download it on your mobile phone. My computer is 5 years old, but works fine.
Thanks for your feedback.

Getting video from Sony Dcr-Hc40 camcorder to Computer?

Video Editing Process *

*CAPTURE / IMPORT video stream from vcam & video files from pc folders, EDIT to make the movie as a project, FINISH (render / save) movie in the desired video file format and /or, SHARE …burn to CD/DVD.

for starters, XP/ Windows Movie Maker (wmm**) provides the simple & easy way (& free) to learn the ropes . For enhanced effects, try SpiceFx by Pixelan, Venture later into other video editing software ( http://video-editing-software-review.top... ) according to skill level & need.

Steps:
CAPTURE VIDEO
a.) Connect vcam to pc via firewire (4 or 6 pin) for good transfer (USB can do but possible drop frames with effect on quality)
b.) Set vcam mode to playback desired video, adjust settings for capture, then pause
c.) Open Windows Movie Maker and set to TASKS PANE
d.) In wmm/ Tasks pane/CAPTURE VIDEO, click CAPTURE from video device; wmm should be able to control vcam operations. On play, video files are copied to wmm/COLLECTION (usually several video files, although will not notice during vcam playback)
e.) Import also other desired files (video, pics, sounds, narration) from pc folder to wmm/ Collection
EDIT MOVIE
f.) wmm/EDIT: drag & drop captured video files one by one from collection to TIMELINE chart below at the desired sequence
g.) Enhance/EDIT your video further if you wish: drag/drop effects- transition, filter; create titles…test to your liking & re-edit as you wish
FINISH MOVIE (rendering)
h.) Save the video file to pc and/ or share; then Save project file (work-in-progress) for future edits.

Finally, SHARE
i.) Burn to CD or DVD*** (Wmm only on CD)

***DVD authoring is incorporated in most video editing software. Otherwise, DVD authoring programs, Windows DVD, Nero, Encore DVD, etc.

What is the best webcam for video recording?

Hi Nate:

With its real-glass Carl Zeiss optics & auto-focus features, the Logitech C910 is one of the best webcams you can buy. See side-by-side review on TopTenReviews' site: http://webcam-review.toptenreviews.com/ (I particularly like that it has a tripod-thread hole in addition to the various clip-mounts.)

It doesn't have the onboard H.264 processing chip that the newer C920 has, but I've heard nothing but complaints about the USB drivers and poor HD performance of the C920 (you have to use Logitech's software to take advantage of the onboard HD processing). You appear to have an Asus K53e notebook with Intel Core i-series CPU (or at least a Dual-Core Pentium), so as long as you have enough RAM, you should get good results with the C910, since that model relies on your PC's hardware to handle the video compression. If you have plenty of hard-drive space, you can select a less-lossy video format than H.264 to record your webcam footage in, which will be easier to edit and keep the quality of the original camera footage during that process.

And the C910's CMOS chip is actually larger than the C920's, so it's another case of "newer isn't necessarily better." You can also capture in Standard Def with the C910, which the C920 won't do.

Depending on how good your Asus notebook's built-in sound card is, you might want to use that and an external microphone instead of the Logitech's stereo mics, since the Logitech's audio sampling rate is only 32KHz (instead of CD-quality 44.1KHz sample rate). Try some of your piano music with the Logitech audio selected (the Windows & Adobe Flash control panels let you pick which audio source to go with the webcam video) and see if you are happy with the result.

And, similar to what fellow Y!A Contributor Dave ("Palladini") alluded to, the only better footage you'd get is hooking up a good FireWire-based camcorder to a FireWire equipped computer and capturing the footage that way (either "live" or pre-recorded).

hope this helps,
--Dennis C.

P.S.: Extra Tip – save your money & don't opt for NewEgg's "extended warranty" – Logitech's 2 year warranty should be plenty long to make sure you got a good unit.

How can you download embedded Wistia videos?

No extra software needed. Instructions below…Having said that, stealing is bad. I do however feel that if I pay for something, I should have the right to a local copy that I can reference offline when the Interwebs go down. Not that I do this…but I should have the right.Go to the video’s URLView the source of the pageIf i’t blocked, add “view-source:” in front of the URLSearch for, and click on the link that contains “embed/iframe/”, where the appended “xxxxxxxxxx” is the video identifier code. After you click on the link, a new tab should open with the video inside it.View the source of the page againIf i’t blocked, add “view-source:” in front of the URLSearch for the first link/URL that ends in .binCopy and paste that link into a new tab, and then replace the “.bin” with “.mp4”Right-click on the video and “Save your video” to download it.Again, stealing is bad. I hope this helps for all legit uses.
