Would It Be Out Of Bounds Rude Weird Creepy Et Cetera To Message Him

What are the biggest "Facepalm Moments" you have faced on Quora?

As a graphic designer, I used to reverse image search all of my work (logos, etc.) to make sure they weren’t being used without my permission and if I found any, I’d send a Cease and Desist. I found a lot of them in use when they shouldn’t have been.I decided I’d try doing the same with my own photos, just for kicks.I found an account on Quora using my photo. Believe it or not, it was how I found out this website existed. This was probably a few years ago but I’m not sure exactly. So, I joined specifically so I could send this person a message and ask why they were using my picture. The conversation went kinda like this.Me: Hey, how are you? I just reverse image searched my personal photos and I noticed you were using a picture of me.Them: No I’m not. This is me.M: It is? Then we must be twins. Not just that, but you have the same haircut, shirt and I even noticed my husband in the background wearing a National Guard shirt.T: That’s my boyfriend.M: Are you sure?T: I am. Leave me alone or I’ll report you for harassment. You can’t prove that picture isn’t me. It’s me. Back off.M: So send me more pictures of yourself so I can see. Send a picture of your boyfriend. Maybe this really is just a crazy coincidence and we’re twins!T: *sends me another picture of me and another picture of my husband*M: That’s… me again. I took that picture with my webcam.T: Well, you can’t prove it’s you. I know what I look like and I know this is me.M: *Sends a link to my personal Facebook account with all of my pictures*T: So I guess I should report you to Facebook for stealing my photos.I actually had my account reported on Facebook but nothing ever happened. I suppose my own photos of my own face and the family on my account was sufficient. I only ever got one more message from that account on Quora.T: F*ck you, b*tch. So, apparently, this person had a legitimate reason to be angry with me for calling them out when they used my face to misrepresent themselves. Le sigh. The account vanished from Quora. The entire thing was one huge facepalm.EDIT: This is the photo mentioned in this answer. Notice the shirt my husband is wearing. LOL

Which rappers have the best complex rhyme schemes?

An interesting question. If you stare down the history of rhymes in music and relate it to the evolution of rap, a beautiful pattern unfolds. What I will do here is list some very intriguing rhymes. What you should understand is that complex rhymes are not exclusive (mostly) to rap artists. Why?Well, because an artist who chooses some very dense rhymes in one song would go easy on some others for better storytelling.Anyhow, some very noteworthy mentions are :Notorious BIG - HypnotiseIt is often said to be the “smoothest rap” song ever. See how he alternates between long and short sentences and also notice the frequency of his rhymes. His laid back delivery makes it all the more gripping. He isn't regarded as the one of the best rappers for nothing.Mos Def - RedefinitionHe hits every note within the bar with a rhyme. This feat is almost impossible to maintain. Take a look. The man hardly ever cursed and he often probed some very sensitive issues with his rhymes.Eminem - Lose yourselfArguably, one of the best rap songs of all time. Look at this complex rhyme scheme.HOLY FUCK ! He also tells a very compelling and touching stories along with these rhymes. What is very interesting is that as he enunciates he often changes the pronunciation to rhyme and that is the clever ingenuity. Let me explain.Consider your words “ whole ” and “ knows ” from the verse. Now ask anyone to enunciate and ask if they rhyme. It doesn't, does it ? And now listen to the song. And listen carefully how he drawls the syllable “ ho” in “whole” and the same way stretches “ no” in “knows”. You see how it rhymes ?Eminem in pretty much the same way rhymes “orange” with “syringe” by twisting the pronunciation. Who says orange doesn't rhyme with anything ? The song did not win the Oscar for no reason.MF DOOM - Meat GrinderEver heard of someone rhyming complete sentences together ? Here we goI really can go on and on about him but I leave it upto you to discover this artist. The lyrics dances, the music enhances and the chance is he might be the one whose rhymes are the densest. ( Just off the top off my head :) )Happy reading.

Shakespeare once said "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." How should skeptics best address this question? Perhaps something new is around the corner that none of us have thought of.

It's easy to take the quote out of context.  People want to use the quote to justify whatever it is they're throwing out: "Hey, I can't prove it, but Shakespeare said that you don't know everything and therefore I'm right".  That argument is begging the question, in its original and literal form. The quote is a bit more meaningful in context:Ghost    [Beneath] Swear.HAMLET    Well said, old mole! canst work i' the earth so fast?    A worthy pioner! Once more remove, good friends.HORATIO    O day and night, but this is wondrous strange!HAMLET    And therefore as a stranger give it welcome.    There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,    Than are dreamt of in your philosophy. Horatio has literally just seen a ghost.  This is something you don't see every day.  The context gives a very different meaning to the quote.  Rather than "You have to believe in stuff you can't see", it means "You have to believe what's right in front of your eyes, even if you didn't previously believe it."This is, in fact, the essence of skepticism.  Skeptics aren't people who disbelieve because they don't want to believe.  Skeptics disbelieve because they haven't been presented with evidence.  I don't believe in ghosts because I've never seen a ghost, and I don't know any reliable observer who has.  Those who do report seeing them are unreliable, and generally not skeptical: they see what they want and not what they don't want, and don't pry any further into things.Hamlet's previous line perfectly captures the joy of being a skeptic: "Therefore as a stranger give it welcome".  Skeptics crave new experiences, things that force them to change what they believe.  That's how you learn.  Seeing only the things you've already seen may be comfortable, but it's boring.  New facts are strangers, but welcome ones, because they bring exciting and new things.  Possibly scary things, too, but there's no point in denying it just because it scares you.  If it's right in front of you, it's real.Of course, Hamlet is fiction.  I'm not going to believe in ghosts because Hamlet saw one.  Hamlet is a character; Shakespeare is a writer.  Fiction is good for entertainment.  But the skeptic is also entertained by the world itself, which brings you brave new worlds every day, if you go looking for them and don't content yourself with hearsay.(Apropos of nothing: I once played Horatio.  It was awesome.)
