Would This Be A Good Laptop For General Gaming Like League Of Legends Could I Get Around 60 Fps

Is a laptop with GTX 1050 good enough for gaming?

You can consider GTX 1050 good enough if you are playing your games at low or medium settings. You can get around 40–50 FPS at medium (more FPS at low), it all depends on the game you are playing on your laptop.Older games (<2015–16) will give you an excellent performance but newer games (2017) like Mass Effect: Andromeda, Resident Evil 7, Ghost Recon: Wildlands will run near 30 FPS. Some newer games might be optimized to give a better performance but overall the performance will not be satisfying if you are a hardcore gamer. You can refer to this link for the benchmark details:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (Notebook)If you are just a casual gamer, this GPU will be good for you, but i would recommend upgrading to a GTX 1060 if it doesn’t exceed your budget. If you want i can suggest you some laptops as well.Hope this helps.

What are the best ways to increase FPS in League of Legends?

I think I am qualified to answer this lol. Ok so most people said turn down your in-game settings to low. That will work. But if you have a toaster like me we go even further(I had 5 fps now 30+ and 24 in teamfights)Enable Low spec modeLower your resolution(experiment with this) and make sure you select boded less so your game screen doesn’t get messed up, it’ll be weird but it will have a huge impact on performance aswell as qualityMute League, actually your PC(if you want to listen to music use your phone or equivalent)While league is running go to task manager. Then select League of Legends but if you don’t know which process to click go on application. Right Click on LoL application, select go to process(using chrome as a replacement) It will automatically highlight the process. Now right click the selected process got to Set Priority and Realtime A dialog box will pop up.Click change priority(I have pictures to help you guys)Click the Start orb.Click Control Panel.Click System and Security.Click System. In the left pane, click Advanced System Settings. If a UAC window opens, click Yes.The System Properties dialog box opens. Click the Advanced tab.Click the settings button under performance. And then Click Adjust for best performance.Update your graphics card drivers(Go to device manager…just look at the picture if you search up my nvidia prepare to be surprised at how shit it is)Damn this takes forever if you people want more tips tell me but here a few more but it will be vague.Overclock your hardware(don’t recommend)Use PC optimization software(recommend)Use these two bad boys to get more space.I have plenty more tips but time isn’t something I have plenty of.EDIT:

Is this 2-in-1 Laptop Good for my needs?

There could be hundreds of machines that would be fitting for you.
What you need to do is get the Recommended (or Optimal) specs for the games you want to play. Minimum specs are not good enough if you want to mod.
Example:
"Skyrim" wants...
• Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
• Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
• 4GB System RAM
• 6GB free HDD (Hard disk drive) space
• DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher
• DirectX compatible sound card
• Internet access for Steam activation

How well can this laptop run League of Legends?

Intel Core i5 3230M -decent cpu
15.6" screen size- great size for gaming...for laptop at least.
6GB Memory 500GB HDD - plenty of memory to run LoL
NVIDIA GeForce GT 610M -class 3 gpu, not great but not bad neither.

I think should be able to run League of Legends at high settings with 40-60 fps. Also, if you're a new League of Legends, you should definitely take advantage of the league of legends giveaway site http://www.leagueoflegendgiveaway.com/

How efficient is a MacBook Pro for gaming?

Friends don’t let friends game on Apple.MacBooks are not intended for gaming! Furthermore, in any real sense they can’t be upgraded to be gaming machines. Not while remaining portable.Just like a lot of MBP’s, you have a pretty nice machine there… except for that lame, wimpy, cheapass onboard excuse for a real graphics card. But that should be ok, because you have plenty of RAM - and gee whiz, it’s an infinitely superior magical WozniApple! Right?I have actually seen “logic” like this on forums. The thing is… for gaming, the GPU is life or death. Apple engineers are some of the most brilliant in the world. They know this!!! Apparently they don’t care. Apple simply does not make gaming machines - at least not yet. The entire world knows this. The only real hope there is for serious gaming on your Macbook is relatively new product - an external GPU, or eGPU. But hold onto your wallet - it ain’t gonna be cheap. Or portable. You will need to boot camp Windows, I highly recommend Win 10. You’ll also need a decent external monitor, an eGPU will not power your laptop screen. And you’ll want a gaming mouse, and keyboard, and speakers… Might need an external HD pretty soon… Getting my drift here? You are essentially turning your Apple laptop - into a PC desktop!FWIW, with what you will spend doing this, you could get about 2/3 of the way to a real PC gaming tower.Of course using an eGPU, you can disconnect everything and have an actual portable laptop - but it still won’t game when you get there.

How many frames per second (fps) do I need to play Dota 2 without a disadvantage?

As far as my experience goes, I would recommend playing it at upwards of 45 FPS, as this will allow you to get almost all the details you’ll need. I suppose there’s no real “advantage” from having a higher frame-rate, mainly because I don’t know how it makes a difference (do let me know in the comments if you do know), but having less than 45 FPS would mean you may miss a few details that could be your undoing.Hope this answers your question!

Can I run League at max settings, using Intel HD 620 integrated graphics?

Definitely… i have intel hd 520 from an i7-6500u.To answer this question, i played lol at max setting with anti aliasing on too… here is a screenshot.I got 66fps. Lowest was at 54fps as high as 72fps.So yes… if the hd520 can do it… moreso with the hd620…Enjoy playing lol… i main master yi btw.

Is 27 fps playable will it look good and not be all laggy?

No it won't depending on what you consider laggy it will be close and depending what game, whats going on in the game all matters. as a general standard i would say anything 30fps or above will be acceptable.

Does RAM affect the FPS in games? If so, how much should I have to get 60 fps in a CS source?

simple answer? - to a degree yes. as ram effects the general running of your machine on probably nearly, if not every level, that I am aware of. So generally more RAM - better, though to what extent that would effect the FPS you get in Cs source - i wouldn’t know - though in general around 8- 16 GB is usually plenty for most matters less then that and it usually means you are having a hard time keeping your machine running due to low ram as for more - well ram is NOT the only part that would effect your fps - your graphics card, processor and even motherboard can all have an effect as well so again, I say to a degree yes but its not the only thing to look at, heck even your power supply can play a role - as even the best graphics card wont be able to perform its best without sufficient power in reserve. so while ram is a concern I’d suggest reviewing what you even have in your machine before just sticking some ram in and saying done cause while thats probably the simplest way to boost the machine a bit - its probably only going to give it a very very minor boost if your running a dinosaur - also your motherboard and operating system seem to have a maximum amount of ram they can handle working with - after all you can only fit so many ram cards on there - anyhow hope this helps and sorry it got kind of wall of texty there really isn’t a simple way to say all of that. also yeah, yeah, i know, punctuation! lol.
