Ws Which Of These Are/was Your Favorite Wcw Wrestlers From Mid 90

Did people ever used to bet on pro wrestling?

People still bet on pro-wrestling. They know the outcome is fixed, but they don't know what the outcome is, so they bet on the matches anyway.WrestleMania 31 Betting Odds: Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, John Cena Among Favorites At 2015 WWE PPVYou might be wondering why people still bet on a pre-determined outcome. It's because there's still the element of unpredictability. Sometimes, a last minute decision or accident might prevent the match from ending the way it should. At worst, the WWE will pull a swerve for the sake of being creative or unconventional. So, while the build to a big match may indicate who's going to win, it still doesn't imply that said superstar will win the match. Here's a few examples :The Undertaker was the biggest favourite at WrestleMania 30, but he lost to Lesnar in what might have been the most shocking moment in WWE history. The outcome was decided by Vince McMahon less than 4 hours before the match started. This year, a majority people expected Sting to defeat HHH but HHH won the match after several interferences. The match was designed to pay tribute to the chaotic booking nature of WCW in the late '90s. As a result, what was supposed to a predictable match became more entertaining (not in terms of wrestling) and the outcome was not expected.Like User-10136444046295161514 mentioned about Seth Rollins, outcomes can be changed on the fly and people may not even consider the occurrence of that outcome when placing their bets.

Which is the more prestigious title in WWE between WWE Universal Championship and WWE World Championship?

The WWE world heavyweight championship of course. The universal title was created to separate the brand's separation. Since smackdown drafted the world champion, AJ Styles, Raw felt they needed their own champion so they invented the universal title playing on the term….wwe universe.Another serious faux pas by triple H and Stephanie. It's crap like thus and stars like James Ellsworth that r going to sink this company and in the very near future. Pro wrestling is a dying art. The lifespan of a WWE Superstar is nowhere near what it used to be and Vince has irked his talent to the none. He doesn't care about his help and treats them like pieces of meat. Just look at the top wrestlers who have died in the past few years. And what didn't croak from drug od's saw the light and retired while they were still alive. Americans have evolved past the concept of pre determined match outcomes and cheesy tongue in cheek gimmicks.Vince McMahon left the wrong guys in charge. He should have stuck with Shane and not his stuck up snotty daughter Stephanie and her over the hill husband triple H.Neither of them knows anything about wrestling talent or how to operate this business in the modern era. Vince is playing with house money at this point and the WWE’,s days r seriously numbered.

Can anyone please describe what's the difference between The Undertakers and Sting's gimmick?

I mean The Undertaker's DeadMan gimmick and Sting The Crow's gimmick. They are both dark characters who had supernatural powers. I heard some opinions that Sting The Crow gimmick was a rip off of The Undertaker's DeadMan gimmick and was made by WCW to counter The Undertaker's gimmick.

Is this true? If it isn't, please describe their gimmick and also the difference.

BQ : Is Sting the most well known wrestler whose gimmick resemble The Undertaker most (outside of Bruiser Brody which isn't really well known now)?

BQ2 : Kayfabe wise : While The Undertaker was without doubt one of the most dominant force ever and got 10 on his difficulty to beat fair and square, how would you rate Sting's difficulty to beat fair and square out of 10? (seeing Sting had lost clean way more often than The Undertaker).

Note : Sorry, for my latest question yesterday. That time I was so desperate, I got a problem that really made me so sad and wanted to die. But, now I had redeemed myself and I realized what's I am doing was wrong.

Which promotion do you think is/was better, ROH or ECW?

@Crow

Funny you mention some of the only good wrestlers ECW had, good wrestlers were a dime in a dozen in ECW, weren't they? Jokes aside, what even happened to some of the wrestlers which you mentioned? Oh yeah, they were misused and left ECW because ECW only cared about the guys who could take a chair shot to the face rather than the guys who could wrestle a five star match with that very same chair.

IYO : Is Eric Bischoff right that Triple H could have led WCW to beat WWF during Monday Night Wars?

First of all, I'm really confused which version of Triple H in this context. A young Triple H in 1994 got fired from WCW because WCW management didn't have experience how to market him with the appropriate gimmick. So, which version of Triple H do you think Eric Bischoff mean?

If you think Eric Bischoff is right, how do you think WCW management would use THAT VERSION OF TRIPLE H there with Hogan/Nash/Hall as WCW's most powerful kings?

If you don't, why do you disagree with Bischoff's statement?

How can Andre The Giant went undefeated for 15 years without ever winning World Title+7 other questions?

Please answer in kayfabe and real manner.

Winning World Title is the goal of any WWE Superstars. Everybody wants to become a World Champion. Andre The Giant's the most dominant wrestler ever, he went undefeated for 15 years. But he went undefeated 15 years for nothing. He never won World Title. Instead, he won World Title after he past his prime and that's only 45 seconds.

How can being 15 years undefeated doesn't earn him any shot at World Titles? And how can he's undefeated for 15 years but never facing the World Champion, the man on top of the mountain?

Other questions : (these 7 please answer in real manner)
1. When was Andre The Giant's prime years? From when to when?
2. What make Andre The Giant different from other giants? Other giant such as Big Show is also pretty agile, he can also do dropkick in his prime. So, what's make Andre special?
3. If Andre The Giant debuted in WWE now, would he still be portrayed as dominant as he was in his prime and 15 years undefeated streak?
4. If Andre The Giant debuted in WWE now, will he still end up as one of WWE's greatest Legend like The Undertaker? Or will he be just a Legend like Big Show?
5. If Andre The Giant debuted in WWE now, how many times World Champion he would be?
6. Can you name any wrestler from any promotion since 1990s who's more dominant than a prime Andre The Giant? If there isn't one, who is the most dominant after a prime Andre The Giant?
7. Do you think a prime Andre The Giant could beat a prime The Undertaker at Wrestlemania for The Streak?

Question about Chris Benoit & WWE

Also...some users have been emailing others users on here saying i report people if they say something i don't like it which is completly untrue. For a start, how would they know because yahoo doesn't say who reports and second i havn't. I dont report and the only guy i have ever reported was a cheater. So if you heard that about me its false.
Thanks :)

Anyway...

WQ// Its been a question that has been plauging my mind for a while...its a bit of an odd question but..
On Malcolm in the Middle on the opening credits, it is Chris Benoit & Bret Hart Wrestling. As many of you know WWE has acted like he never existed since what happened. And they have taken everything about him down from their sites ect..
So, do you think WWE would have contacted them and asked them to take it down from their credits or something?
Obviously they said no because it is still up there. But do you think they would have?

Star if you like.

Who is greater? Goldberg or Jericho?

The two wrestlers that you have listed here are drastically different. Right from their strengths and weaknesses to their style of wrestling to the types of their matches.Goldberg is a powerhouse akin to Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Batista, Ryback and Roman Reigns. He is explosive, relies on his brute strength and usually dominates his opponents in a match. He brings in a lot of intensity as is expected from a guy like him. Another thing to consider is that Goldberg was pretty big in College football and even played in the NFL before moving in to pro wrestling. So he is an accomplished athlete. Now Jericho on the other hand, he is smaller and more agile than Goldberg. He isn't a powerhouse type of wrestler, he is more like a high flyer or like a cruiserweight. He relies on his agility and technical ability. His mic skills are head and shoulders above many in the pro wrestling industry and he would rank among the very best of talkers. Also, he is extremely entertaining and can work a crowd effortlessly regardless of his alignment at the time. He can put on a good match with just about anyone which showcases his understanding of the business and ring psychology. So let's do a comparison.Power: Goldberg wins here.Dominance: again Goldberg.Promo skills: hands down Jericho.Psychology: Jericho. In ring ability: JerichoLongetivity: Jericho. Agreed that Goldberg is now back and Jericho has taken a few hiatuses here and there, but on the whole Jericho has been performing at a high level for a much longer time.Character: Jericho. He has been reinventing himself and is always entertaining. Only he can make the “List” segments that hilarious. If anyone thinks Jericho is stale, that peson is a stupid idiot and just made the list. Goldberg's character was largely one dimensional.Impact on the industry: I am going to have to call this one a tie. Jericho has established himself over the years. When Goldberg was at his peak, he was a monster and had a huge impact. The streak in WCW is on another level.Match calibre: Goldberg's matches are all about power. Jericho can work a match. So I would give this to Jericho. So like I said, these are two completely opposite types of wrestlers. Unfortunately they were in the same era which was dominated by big guys. If Jericho was in his 30s and wrestling now, there is no doubt that he would have been one of the very best. So overall, I am going to have to say that Jericho is the better performer.
