I'm not familiar with any of those YouTubers or the videos in which they're purportedly infringing on copyright, but I'm going to make an educated guess and say that their work probably falls under fair use (bold text mine): In United States copyright law, fair use is a doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. Examples of fair use include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, teaching, library archiving and scholarship. It provides for the legal, unlicensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author's work under a four-factor balancing test.Having said that, it's still quite possible that they might eventually get notices for infringing on copyrighted material and just haven't yet. Copyright violations have to be taken on a case-by-case basis. Copyright laws are drafted to protect the theft or re-purposing of intellectual property for profit, and the YouTubers you mention may not be doing either. Moreover, laws vary from country to country (or even state to state) and proving theft isn't always cut-and-dry, even in cases that might seem obvious.
How are YouTubers like "Bethany Mota," whose videos are filled with music tracks, earning from YouTube's monetization program?
Youtube works like this , you must own the content by yourself or you must have the license to use .If you are using someone's else content then all the earnings you have generated will go to the original owner .You can use royalty free music will which can be monitized .If you need wide range of free to use music then you can pair up with third party networks like freedom network machinima etc they provide free royalty music that you can use in your channel.

Whom do you like to most on YouTube - Superwoman, Bethany Mota or Liza Koshy? Please do mention the reason that made you admire them?
I personally like Superwoman more. Not that i don’t like the rest of the two.I’ve been following Lilly Singh since 2013 and have watched almost all of her videos. She is hilarious, her humour is so relatable and smart. She herself is not a big fan of clickbaits and stuff. She makes sure that her videos have a good content unlike the current day youtubers and yes it does!Next comes the lil brown girl :DI’ve been following Liza Koshy for the past two years and feel like she has an amazing sense of humour. Though many people feel like both Lilly and Liza are similar, their kind of videos aren’t.Liza and Lilly’s channel is fully based on comedy, but Bethany’s videos are about style, cooking, beauty and many more. She is so beautiful and i love to watch more of her videos often. She posts a video a month. I prefer she posts frequently to keep her channel active.

people who are youtube partners get paid based on two things: subscribers and views. the more of those, the more money they make. they don;t make money off comments or likes, other than the fact that those get their videos more publicity and views. some gurus make quite a bit of money--michelle phan is a multimillionaire because of youtube. there are also more insidious ways they make money. sometimes when you click a link in someone's subscription box the company i leads you to gets paid for it (like how a lot of gurus get 10% of whatever you spend at sigma is you use their link). they also sometimes get paid to do sponsored videos. and lastly, they can start companies or partner with companies, like bethany mota or michelle phan. most videos have a disclaimer at the bottom of the description saying whether or not the video was sponsored, so check that if it bothers you.
