Kyly Clarke has found love again with supercar driver James Courtney, according to a report by The Daily Telegraph on Thursday.
The 39-year-old model was spotted kissing the race car driver trackside in Bathurst on Thursday.
'It is early days but they are very happy,' a source told The Daily Telegraph.
According to the publication, Kyly and James, 40, first dated 20 years ago after meeting through friends and family.
Kyly's family are reportedly 'passionate go-karters', with James formerly racing at the same club as her brother, Troy, when they were kids.
She's believed to have first met James when she was just 11, and they recently got back in contact via social media.
'Kyly loves motorsports, it is something she has been passionate about since childhood,' added the source.
'They just clicked when they reconnected and everything is going well. It is like a fairytale because they were together all those years ago so it has come full circle.'
it Australia has reached out to Kyly's management for comment.
In a series of posts on Instagram Stories on Thursday, Kyly shared photos and videos from the race track in Bathurst.
'And just like that the weekend begins!' she captioned a video from inside the garage.
She also shared a photo of a series of car tyres all lined up on a rack and captioned it: 'Line em up!'
Her relationship with James comes eight months after Kyly announced her split from her husband-of-seven-years, Michael Clarke.
Just days after announcing their split in February, Michael, 39, was linked to activewear designer Pip Edwards.
After months of insisting they were just friends, Pip, 40, confirmed they were together in July by sharing a series of loved-up photos to Instagram.
Michael is notoriously private, and while he's usually hesitant to provide details about his new life with Pip, he did recently say he couldn't be happier.
'In regards to me personally? I'm so happy right now,' he told Stellar magazine. 'I'm in a great place. That's all I can ask for.'
In April, Kyly said she was still on good terms with her former partner, who she shares four-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee with.
'Kelsey Lee is our priority, so we're just doing everything that is in her best interest. Her happiness is paramount,' she confirmed on The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
She added that she wasn't going to change her surname, because she wants it to be the same as her daughter's.
'I think that's a bit of a fuss, it's funny how sometimes you make such a fuss in the beginning about changing names and not changing names, but it's very important I think that our last names are the same, and I love that,' she added.
Meanwhile, James endured a highly-publicised split with his former wife of 16 years, Carys, after the New Zealand leg of the 2017 V8 Supercars season.
'No one wants to see an ex with someone else, especially like that and in the news.'
Stu famously dated Sophie Monk, after their appearance on the 2017 season of The Bachelorette.
However, they split months later in January 2018.
