yes yes yes, i know i dont know you but im so proud of you lol this is what squares are for, to help us learn and decide! since the sun and ascendant has a lot to do with our personality, its trying to fuse 2 completely different signs together, squares can either make or break individuals, it depends on the person on what choices they will make, the right one or the wrong one.. theres a lot of room for improvement and opportunities. this is the most active aspect, even more than conjuncts. people who achieve greatness and success in life, ussualy has squares as a driving force, and it seems you are headed on the right direction so take it! i know this because you said you wanted to be a better person yes squares are pretty harsh especially when you just started in life, but these are lessons to be learned.. and helps you grow as a person. good things dont come easy so please dont listen to the downers who have no idea what squares are about
Is it wrong to stay in a relationship with too many squares or oppositions in synastry chart?
hmm so basically as a Pisces rising i need someone with either a Virgo or Pisces in their sun, moon, venus, or mars for a long lasting relationship?.. And it also means that I can have my choice of either an Aries, Taurus, Libra, or Scorpio rising in my partner for a long lasting relationship.. (my sun & etc are aries, moon taurus..) i do tend to have a lot of Scorpio risings around me.. I'm closely related to one Scorpio rising and another close relative with a Libra rising, but theyre not all that great or heaven sent relationships? my two rising sign relatives also have a Virgo sun or Venus (that is opposite my rising..) they've probably been most "lasting" bc they are relatives of mine!! i'm not sure if i can mingle well with those aspects for long term in an intimate relationship?.. although my favorite place for virgo was usually the moon i guess.. sometimes the sun.. maybe i need to find those things in a person whose sun sign is more naturally and automatically compatible t
Why are people with Pluto in the 1st house attacked or hated?

Most generally, as the 1st house can be viewed as how others see you/the self, pluto here can be easily seen and therefore can be scapegoated by others if pluto forces are not consciously owned. Are square aspects really bad?
I agree with the other answers here, particularly that labeling any aspect good or bad is inaccurate and over-simplified. I typically see squares as a challenge and oppositions as a need for balance. In addition to the “laziness” referred to, I have found that sometimes trines and sextiles can be “bad” when they involve malific planets. Trines indicate an easy flow of energy so a trine between Mars and Pluto isn’t necessarily favorable, it only shows it is strong. Many consider Jupiter benefic, but I have found it only expands what it touches, for good or ill. For example, Jupiter is often found, sometimes in “favorable” aspects, in the charts of horrific weather events such as tornadoes and hurricanes. Weather and mundane charts are excellent ways to see how aspects play out since they are simply manifestations of the energy and don’t involve someone’s personality or free will.Nothing is ever simple in astrology but has to be taken in context. When it’s related to a person’s natal chart, what matters is how the individual chooses to use that energy. Of course some aspects can be used in a “bad” way or push a person in a certain direction, but the choice is always up to them. For example, a grand air trine may incline a person to be too outspoken, lack tact, and/or never know when to shut-up as opposed to a master communicator in a positive way. Of course house placement relates as well to where this energy is directed.

Does anyone know anything about Synastry House Overlays?
My Aqua ex and I had three planets in his 7th (my Sun, Mars, Mer), along with my Moon in his 1st, and my Venus in 5th. None of my planets fell in his 11th. He had his Sun/Mer in my 9th, his Moon in my 4th, his Venus in my 7th, and his Mars in my 11th. And I thought of him as a great boyfriend, someone to talk about religion/bounce ideas off of and even better friend. Looking back on my relationship with my Aqua ex I thought we were friends (his 11th house overlay). And I valued that more than our actual romantic relationship. He ended the relationship, and said that he didn't know if he wanted to be with me as we weren't ever friends. We were just a couple. Hearing that made me sad...not because the relationship ended but because he didn't consider me a friend. Anyway my question is if there are no 11th house placements does that mean that one won't view someone as a friend. Or do we tend to take on the roles of the house their planets fall in. For instance, I really really want to be his friend (I also have Natal Venus in the 11th and Sun/Mars Inconjunct Uranus/Jup) and am wondering if the house energy rules our expectations of how we relate to someone. Even now I've read that planets in the 7th house want a one on one partnership. Because so many of my planets are in his 7th and none are in his 11th...would that mean that he will always view me as a natural partner (even though he ended the relationship). And because I thought we were friends, I'll miss the relationship but want the friendship because he was someone I could bounce ideas off of, and was emotionally attached to. Basically will it be unnatural for him to be a friend to me? Etc?
