there are lots of things you can do. you could have like a mini dance party. crank up the music and just play around with your friends. also girls like to talk a lot so take some time out of the party to just go to your room and chill. get to know the latest gossip! you could also play a few fun unusual games. for example: SPEW- you put a alcelzer in your mouth under your tongue and drink a little sprite and you see who can keep it in there the longest without spewing. another one would be put a piece of gum in the middle of a plate and then put whip cream on top. have people dig in to find the gum, chew it then blow a bubble and see who can do it first. just little silly fun games like these. also if you need more you can probably google it. at night just watch some movies and play like truth or dare. hope this helps. oh by the way, Happy Birthday!!

A chocolate themed party A candyland party A "fun in the sun" party--make use of outdoors with games, water balloons, have summery theme to it Have a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants party---(take a jeans-type item that all can share>>>take turns "owning" it for awhile and write about and share the experiences you have while that item is in your possession. Set a time limit as to how long each girl can have it....get together to keep meeting to exchange the item to the next girl and also tell what exciting things happened to you. Make the decorations using jeans material, denim balloons with an accent color. Pass out diaries for girls to record their "activities" on with fancy, fluffy pens. Maybe all make a purse together? Or get a purse and decorate it with glitzy stuff. (I'd say get a pair of jeans but you might all be different sizes).....doing a T-shirt is another idea to pass around. have food items easy to serve....maybe make a jeans cake or a t-shirt cake to match theme. Decorate with big cut-out question marks>>write on them: Where will the adventure take us?? What good luck will come my way?? A journey of surprises, etc. Get a ball and with permanent marker write all kinds of questions (even ask girls ahead of time for some). Then at party toss the ball around: whoever catches it has to answer the question that their right thumb is touching--and then they toss it to another. Play "Nope, Not Me...Never!".....give everyone bunch of candy pieces: first girl makes a statement then says "Nope not me, never" and whoever HASN'T done it has to eat one of their candies. Last girl who has the most left wins. (Find whatever supplies you need at a dollar store first....don't have to go crazy with food and you can use any kind of fabric for a tablecloth if you need to. I think doing the denim idea is the best one...this way it binds you together on an "ongoing mission" to keep reporting back!

Low cost things: Murder mystery games are fairly cheap, and you can get a free one on-line at Red Herring Games if you have a mix of boys and girls coming... but I think it might be too high a content rating for you... Ready, steady cook night - etiher get parents to donate a box of ingredients and you split into teams and have to make a meal out of the ingredients in the box, or get the parents to donate £5 and you all go to asda and buy the ingredients yourself for a low cost meal. Treasure hunt - get your parents to write you a treasure hunt around the local area, you have to spot answers to the clues. This can be done on foot. Or, if you have access to SATNAV gear why not go geocaching - that's free too. Sleep over, with all the usual movies, dips and chips, popcorn, and makeovers. Facepack and makeover evening - you can do it with a sleepover or without. charity shopping - all get a certain amount of money and see who gets the best outfit. Get your parents to make you a posh meal in with menu etc and they be the waiter/waitress for the night. scavenger hunt. either with camera and you have to take photos of certain things, or get your parents to write you a treasure hunt style game looking for things in the local area. sweet party - a box of ingredients are given to you and you have to make a lot of sweets from that. scrap heap challenge. Collect together a load of junk and split into teams to try and build something. e.g. a mechanism for getting an egg from one side of the garden to another. Get your parents to run a traditional school sports day. (This can really fun if you can laugh at yourselves.) Meandering supper - you select three parents houses and you move between them getting a first course, main course and pudding at the different houses. Expensive things: - pony trekking - quad biking or go cart racing - visit to a theme park - a red letter experience e.g. hot air ballooning, tank driving - high ropes - x-scape or another real snow slope and book to go tobogganing - murder mystery party (great website below) - swimming - Book a restaurant and all go for a posh meal out

here are some of my ideas..... -lazer tag -going to a resort like waterpark resort if you live in or near wisconsin or ohio you could go to the kalahari -swimming party -you could go to a theme park like six flags -bowling -mani/pedi party, you could go to a regular salon or go to a nail school (if theres one near you) cuz it wud be a lot cheaper but still fun! -mini golf -you cud goto a drive in movie theater -a BBQ party at like a nearby park or something -horseback riding -your parents could drop u all off at the mall -rent out a movie theater so you could be like running around the theater and dancing and stuff while watching a cool movie -instead of nail salon if you have the money you could just go to a salon and get hair and nails done -rock climbing oh and about the transportation, you could just rent a big van or have one of your friends parents drive half the girls or if you have 2 cars just take seperate ones!! i hope this helps you!! p.s. have a happy party!! -mackenzie

I am turning 13 on May 2nd and have no clue on what to do. I have some close guy friends so i want to do something that they will enjoy and the girls will enjoy. My mom is hopeing on something that doesn't cost a boat load of money either, and i am looking for something a little different then a sleepover or something that people usually do for parties. And yes im having a family party separate from the freinds party so it will just be me with my friends at this party, just in case you were wondering. So, please help me with some ideas..thanks! <3

What is a good idea for a 13th birthday party at noon?
Does the child like bowling? Most teens (boys and girls) like to bowl so that would be fun. You can incorporate lunch (pizza and soda or lemonade is great) and then cake right after. We’ve also done scavenger hunt parties at our local mall. Put the kids into teams and provide them with clues throughout the mall. They have to work together to find all the clues and then after they complete the mission it’s time for cake.
