I’m 15 years old, male, and got no muscles. I want to get muscles in my arms but they are tiny. How can I get big muscles if my arms are tiny?

Who cares about size? It is health & strength that count. Exercise, play sports, swim, & bicycle etc. Eat a good diet. If you are small & fit, you’ll be fast as a whiplash. Your strength to mass ratio will soar above the Rock & other muscle monsters. You’ll be able to do things they can’t, like climb rock like a goat, run all day, & jump like a kangaroo. Besides, for all their size, they’ll never be as strong as a chimpanzee half their height.

I’m 15 and want to get bigger. What should I do and eat?

You should focus on the below to get biggerForm - Focus on compound lifts and how to perform them. This is critical to your progress and staying injury free. You can add in isolation movements but dont neglect the compound.Get stronger! - There’s no way around it, progressive overload is key to building muscle. You don’t need to be ridiculously strong either but you need to track your lifts to ensure you are getting strongerStretch and Contract it dammit! - Often overlooked , guys enter the gym ,load on 2 plates to bench and just rep it out mindlessly, focus needs to be on stretching the muscle and contracting it with total control.Slight increase in Calories - You are going to need food to grow, Figure out your maintenance from an online tdee calculator, eat in a slight calories surplus. This process is slower but ensures you don’t look like a bloated mess.Cardio Cardio Cardio! - Just do it, you need to be healthy overall and complete the look. Aim for 3 times a week for around 20 minutes. You need to account for the extra calories you will be burning off.BewareYou don’t need protein shakes or creatine to get big, they play a role but they only are supplementing a plan.Do not ego lift, it is the quickest way to get injured and spin your wheels…BTW guys only do this to impress the “Bro’s”Stay away from people advocating getting big in a month, its either BS or they are pedaling illegal substances.

I'm 15 years old and my penis feels too big?

This is not some brag question or anything, as I feel embarrassed because of it and honestly I don't consider myself better than anyone else because of my size, that stuff is stupid.
I'm fairly tall, I think, at 5'10. ANYWAY, my problem lies a bit lower, as my penis is, when fully erect, 23 centimeters or 9 inches in length. I measure from the base where pubic hair grows and to the tip of my penis, so I think I measure correctly.
Is this something I should be embarrassed of? Is there something wrong with me?

I'm 15 years old, is there a chance my boobs will get bigger from here on?

I'm 15 and a freshman in highschool and I'm like in between a 34A and a 34B.
My mom's a 34A and has been since highschool, but I guess she fits into a 34B too. And this is after having 2 kids.
On my dad's side of the family though, they have BIG boobs. Like from 34C-DD.

Is there a chance I'd ever inherit that? Or am I stuck w/ my 34 almost B forever? Because I heard growing slows down at 15.

What do you guys think?

What can a 15 year old do to make his penis bigger?

what can he do? he can wait.

I’m 15 years old and I want to increase my penis, how can I do so?

The only healthy way for a penis to grow bigger is through the growth and maturation a male already goes through, so long he had proper nutrition. Penis size isn’t something that you can control, and as such is not something you should stress yourself out worrying about. Certainly do go for any pills or take the advice of some con artist telling you it has a “quick tip for naturally increasing your penis size overnight”. If it were that simple, every man would have a 10 inch dickAt your age especially, where you still have a lot of growing and maturing to do as a person, it’s the last thing you should be worrying about. And if it really concerns you that much, it might help to know that the average penis size for an adult man is about 4 inches when flaccid, so don’t think the monster cocks you may see in porn are realistic standards for most men, let alone 15-year-old kidsIn short, there’s no good way or good reason to do so. Don’t buy into body-shamers who say otherwise

I'm a fairly chubby 15 year old, and I want to get into working out, nothing big like weightlifting as I know it will stunt my growth. Where should I start?

Weight training does NOT stunt growth. I actually started lifting when I was 14… I was playing football, and they required a strength and conditioning class for us to participate in. Nutrition is key for fat loss. It is 80% diet, and 20% exercise. I would recommend running outside daily, starting off with very small increments of running, then building up to miles. Weight training was a savior for me because your body uses energy (calories) to rebuild muscles, so I would lose weight while building a fantastic physique. I would recommend doing compound lifts (lifts that require many muscular groups) like bench press, squats, and deadlifts. Be sure to use correct form and don’t worry about doing a lot of weight. The diet is the most important part, and also the hardest. I used to be 250 lbs as a 16 year old, and I dieted my way down to 170 lbs and very muscular. Anyone can do it, all you have to do is make the decision to start. Get an app for tracking calories like Myfitnesspal and track your food consumption honestly and consistently. Eating whole, natural foods will keep you full longer, and invest in some protein powder for helping you gain some muscle! You can do this! I went through the same thing, I used to be 250 lbs, 25% muscle mass, and 40% body fat and now I am 210 lbs, 50% muscle mass, and 16% body fat. I can read my progress every day using a body fat calculator scale, which is great for tracking your progress. It is a long and hard process, with many setbacks. It will require dedication to becoming a new person, and your confidence will skyrocket, friend!I BELIEVE IN YOU FRIEND!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
