17 Need To Lose 30 Pounds 4 Smoothies And A Salad A Day

How do I lose 20 pounds in one month?

Not sure why the tight deadline, but let’s see if I can help.First though, let’s get something straight…Can it be done? Yeah, unfortunately. You’re like, “Wait! Why is that unfortunate??!!”Well, because it’s possible, but you won’t keep that weight off. I can pretty much guarantee it.So then what’s the point, right?I am constantly trying to get people to understand that rapid weight loss is rarely a good thing.Unless you’re a prize fighter or fitness model, then it makes sense as you approach your fight or photo shoot date. But if you’re just a regular person (meaning someone that doesn’t earn their living from the performance of their body) then goals like this end in more frustration than anything else. However, I hate when people don’t answer questions regardless of personal opinion. Here’s what to do:Eat 3 times per day, with 4–5 hours in between meals and a 12 hour fast between your last meal and breakfast.Meals consist of protein and green veggies only. Protein shakes are perfect here, otherwise it’s chicken, lean beef, or white fish. Protein per meal is 40–50g (guys) or 20–30g (girls). Veggies are anything green and 1–2 cups per meal.Train intensely with weights, “metabolic circuit” fashion, for 30 minutes every other day. Full-body routines, focusing on squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and carrying.Walk an hour every day. Easy, leisurely walking. Not jogging, or running.Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day. For example, a 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces of water. That’s about 12 cups.Sleep at least 7 hours a night. This. Is. A. MUST.Those 6 tips above are essential to get the belly fat burned off, not just in a timely manner, but with a long-term focus on keeping it off, as well.-BradP.S. - If you’re weight loss has stalled, you can check out this guide on what is going wrong and how you can fix it.It’s an infographic set that can be downloaded and printed off, to put anywhere! How to lose 25 pounds in 3-4 months?

Not being able to walk or run is difficult and it will be much harder. Even if you only go walking or running on the weekend for 30-45 minutes on Sat and 30-45 minutes on Sun it will eb good. Try to get out and run for 15 minutes per day- I am sure you can find some time to do that. And then on weekends find the time to do 30 minutes each day- even if you need to get up an extra 30 minutes early to do so, it is essential for your weight loss goal and overall health.

At home - I suggest setting aside 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon and 20 minutes at night and do a dance video craze. Crank up your favorite CD and just dance, dance and dance for 20 minutes non stop and constant moving. Wear a sweatshirt and pants when you do this that way you sweat more.

At home - also every day (night or morning) do some light toning- lifting your legs up while keeping your body flat on the ground, lunges, sit ups and arm raises- do 3 sets of 30 for each.

Drink plenty of water- limit your soda, juices, coffee and other caloric drinks to 1 cup per day. Drink 6 cups of water daily and then 1 cup of something else- whatever- soda, juice, coffee, snapple.- but make sure it's 8 oz. not 16 oz.

Eating- don't restrict or elimiate any food group. Include them all but in moderation. Here are few good ideas for each meal. (In the beginning have 3 meals and 2 snacks- then slowly start to elimiate your snacks and have smaller portions of your meals so you continue to lose weight- and when you hit your goal weight slowly add larger portions to help maintain your new size)

(4) oatmeal, made w. water, 1 cup of blueberries
(5) 1 cup of fruit salad, 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese

Is it possible to lose twenty pounds or more in one month if I only eat salad and drink water and tea during the day?

This really depends on a number of factors - the most important of which is what your current weight is. Someone who is, for example, 300 pounds would probably have an easier time losing 20 lbs in a month than someone who is 150 lbs.A second factor is water weight. I can lose 5-10 lbs in a single day, simply by not drinking anything. That isn't really fat loss, or muscle loss, it's just a depletion of water in my body. Most of those "lose 10 pounds in a week!" dietary supplements are diuretics and/or laxatives that accomplish nothing more than the shedding of water weight. Same goes for the "cabbage soup diet" that took America by storm in the 1990s. There will be temporary weight loss, but probably not the kind of loss you're looking for.Another thing you have to consider is realism. Theoretically, if you eat nothing but parsley for a month, you will lose a lot of weight; but the problem with that strategy is that it is impossible to follow. You will eventually break down and eat something more nutritious than parsley, and when you do, you will have a tendency to over-eat. This is why many Muslims, for example, actually gain weight during Ramadan. They fast all day, and then over-eat at night.

How to lose 15 kg(around 30 lbs)?

i'm 17 this year. Have gained ALOT of weight, ie 10 kg last year, as it was a stressful year.I used to be 57kg, now i'm 68kg :( Makes a lot of difference.
Now, at a lost of how to lose the weight.
Have became much fatter, less confident, and less willing to take photos.

Any healthy diets and exercise tips to share?? It is really much appreciated.

I'm 18, 230 lbs, and I need to lose weight!?

Hey people of the internet. Like the title says, I'm overweight. I'm 18 years old, 5'9'', 230 lbs and while I may not be huge, I still need to lose at least 30 lbs. Not soon, but eventually.

I'm hypothyroid, so my thyroid doesn't work like it should (I take the meds but I figured I'd mention it). I didn't find out until I gained 40 lbs in one year then my parents thought they maybe should take me to a doctor.

Anyway, I'm just curious if anyone has any tips, maybe a possible workout regime or something. Nothing too tough to start, but I'd like to be more active.

Also, I don't really eat healthy and I'd like to change that. I'm a broke college student and I live at home so my mom does all the shopping, and my brother has a perfectly healthy thyroid so she buys him junk food and whatnot, and we all know if there's junkfood in the house and we're hungry, we'll eat it.

So please, maybe list off a good workout regime or maybe some foods that are healthy and will help me to lose weight.

Thanks to anyone who replies.
