I'm an 18-year-old man. I'm depressed about my height 5′ 4″ (162 cm). What can I do to be taller?
When I was 11 years old I hit the height of 6′. I was going to high school and I felt awkward to say the least as all my friends going to school with me were a good few inches shorter.I get to my new school and I had the living shit kicked out of me due to my height. I was a child in a mans body, but people didn't see it like that. They saw me as an easy target and I was bullied until I got to my last couple of years and I began to fight back.I'm now 36 and 6′8 and I'm still ridiculed by people who don't know me. I can barely get a date as women think I'm too tall and it would look like I was walking with a child holding hands and that they would feel uncomfortable being seen with someone like me. (Actual quotes).So being tall is no picnic either my young friend. You have to put up with things we are given. Hell I'm not good looking but that doesn't stop me from trying to chat up some of the nicest ladies around if I get rejected I just move on.Height is nothing to be concerned about it's what you have inside and the person you are and will become is what will define you as a person and not how tall you are. You're 18 you have a lot of life to live so just live it enjoy your life and your youth and stop fretting about your height.Be a good person and it will make you the biggest person in the world. Just don't worry about your height that is nothing. I hope you luck and I hope you realise you don't need height to be a big man you need a big heart and a good soul to be a big man, the biggest man you can become!
What is it like to be a 17-year-old?
17 is the age of ups and downs. Pretty much the same thing as from 14 till then, only having resolved the puberty insecurities. By 17 you pretty much know what you have to work with for the rest of your life.On the up side normally people are fresh faced and attractive. On the downside they are insecure and don’t know it, so let opportunities slip through their fingers based on irrational fears.On the upside their parents normally give them more freedom, as most, reasonable parents know they have to let their kids grow up at some point. That doesn’t mean they don’t still worry about you, they never stop doing that. I’m afraid that’s is a parents job and it never ends! At least they may worry less.On the downside you need to start thinking “OK, if I want my independence, I need my own money, how am I going to earn a living? Unless you are a trust fund kid or something.Even if your parents are rich beyond belief, they can and often do, use the threat of withdrawing your funding as a means of manipulating you to do as they say.We could be here all night, but one thing is for sure, if and when you reach 17, you shall have to take it one day at a time just as you do now.No doubt your life shall have its share of disappointments and heartbreaks, just remember were it not for the bad times there would be no good times, only a never ending sameness.Good luck to you.Let us know when you get there (17) and healthy regards,Brian.

I'm 15, Asian, short (5feet), tan, a little chubby and I have really ugly legs. They are: - really short (inside length 27inches) - crooked - have scars and stretch marks on them (not really noticablr tho) - thick Soo my questions are: 1. Can I still wear short shorts and mini skirts? 2. Do legs have to be long to be attractive? 3. Do white guys and asian guys hit on and check out Asian girls? Cuz it never happens to me :(
Is it okay for a 17 year old boy to date a 22 year old woman?
I decided to ask here because everywhere else the genders were switched, and before you jump to conclusions no I'm not a "cougar hunter" or anything like that. I actually fell in love with this girl, personality wise first and then I had seen a picture of her and thought she was beautiful. Though we stayed friends a little while and at the time she was 21 and I was 16. Now here's another block to add to the list, she lives 2,000 miles away. I'm in Texas, and she is in California. I am a 12 year old girl and I am having Clear/White/Strechy discharge...?
I am 12 years old and I have had my period, I am having clear/white/strechy discharge that is sometimes a yellowish tint. My tummy is getting weird shapped in the lower tummy my ribs and middle tummy are FLAT but then my lower tumy curves out and looks like i have something in my stomache. I haven't been feeling well in my lower tummy there is alot of moving around and pain. I have sharp pains in my back and neck when i breath in alot lately. I dont know when my next period is due but i tend to be getting wider. i haven't had sex but i have been fingered really hard down there.

no one is ever happy with their body! I paid for my 17 year old's breast surgery - for the opposite problem - she was too big for her small frame! From your avatar I gather that you like to play tennis. You have a much easier time running on the court without all the encumbrance and jiggle! Would you marry a man for the size of his d##K? No? So you will find someone who will love you as you are. But men like women who are self confident, remember that! And for heaven's sake don't even consider any implants. The message these women project is loud and clear - desperation and low self esteem. Besides implants are tacky and so very obviously fake!
