2 Updates Are Asking To Be Installed Over And Over I Have In Stalled Them Several Times

Installed windows upgrade vista on 3 computers got valuidated on 2 compters but not 3rd one why??

More than likely they either though it was a counterfeit one or they only let you use that on 2 computers that has happened to me too. When i mean counterfeit, if you don't know it doesn't mean that you stole it, it means it isn't genuine or in other words it was made by someone other than Microsoft. I have heard, though, that there is something about Microsoft disabling Vista automatically to prevent Counterfeit software.

PS3 - Mercenaries 2 - "Installing Game Data..." <-- How long will this last?

Most PS3 games ask you to install it on your HDD, its to make the game load faster.
It also depends on the size of the file look on the back of the box. I think 2Gb takes around 10-15 minutes to install.

ROBLOX will not play, keeps asking to install when it is installed.?

I've had this problem, A LOT! Alright, so when you click on a ROBLOX game, it asks you to install the game. Well, at the top. Have you ever seen a box called Run this once, or always use on this website. Well click always use this on our website, and the game might play. If that doesn't work, or it doesn't pop up. Try re-booting your computer, I know. It removes EVERYTHING. But I mean....it might work! If that doesn't work, (it's a risk of trying anyway.) Try deleting everything roblox, if you already did that.....well, this is the last thing....Try downloading it! Which you probably had, if the installer comes out. Just install it, and hopefully the best will happen. Hope I helped!

Will Windows 10 ever stop asking to install updates every day?

Typically, the reason Windows 10 repeatedly asks to install updates is that the updates are pending and you need to allow them to be installed. Once the updates are installed, it should stop asking you until the next set of updates is available. If you turn off your system or put your system to sleep (or it automatically goes to sleep when you’re not using it), updates can’t install. Leave your system up and running long enough to allow the updates to install, and if your system is running on battery power, plug it in to avoid losing power during an update.Updates are a good thing. They fix bugs and close security holes. You want your system updated consistently, so that you don’t fall victim to the problems the updates are fixing. The longer you go avoiding installing updates, the more vulnerable your system becomes. This pattern of periodic updates will continue until Microsoft ceases to provide updates to Windows 10, currently scheduled for October 14, 2025. After that, unless the date changes, you won’t be getting updates anymore in Windows 10. But you won’t want to be running Windows 10 after that date, because the system will become more and more vulnerable without updates. So, to answer your question:Yes, in the short term, if you allow the updates to install, it will stop asking you to install them.Yes, in the long term, after October 14, 2025, it will stop asking you to install updates, because there won’t be any more updates.(By the way, if you monitor the US-CERT Cyber Security Bulletin, you’ll see that periodic discoveries of security issues are not unique to Windows. Every week, there are new issues found in a wide variety of operating systems, libraries, development tools, plug-ins, server software, browsers, etc.)

Why does Facebook messenger say invite friend to install messenger when they already have it installed and have chatted with me before?

It's important to realize that just because they “have chatted with you before”, that does not mean they have Messenger (or have ever had it).Messenger is just an app that lets you communicate with other Facebook users through Facebook’s chat network. This is of course also done through the website, and it would show up in the app just the same. Therefore, if you are chatting with someone through Messenger, they may very well be using the website, not Messenger. (You can tell by the lack of messenger icon near their profile picture). If that icon is there (not the Facebook “f” icon, the messenger lightning bolt in a chat bubble icon) and it's still asking you to invite them to Messenger, something is wrong and you have found a bug. Otherwise, they don't have Messenger. It could be that they uninstalled it, but more likely they never had it. It's a separate app from Facebook so most people don't think to install it unless prompted to.

My phone is getting repeated Play Store updates even after having finished updating. What are some suggestions to fix this?

Hi, thanks for A2A.It happens sometimes. You can do these below tips to rectify it.Check for version number of applications and games. If a developer releases updates with bug fixes, it need not have to be different version. It can be same version too. So, twice updating is not a problem.Clear the caches of playsotre and play services apps.Disabling and re-enabling will help sometimes.Soft reset your phone.Remove google account from your phone add it again.Check for update patches in system update option. If any updates present, download and install it. It will restart your phone and fixes the problem.Check mobile data or wifi connection and make sure that the signal strength is strong.Hope it helps!

In your opinion, will installing this specific RAM improve my computer or am I wasting my time thinking about it?

These are my specs https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04763223

Now in there it shows I have 6gb RAM split into 2 slots, 4gb and 2gb. I noticed that there's something else about them, they have 800 mhz each. However I asked if my laptop can have an increase in RAM, meaning removing existing RAM and placing new RAM.

One confirmed and recommended some RAM. Im leaning to start with 4gb with 1600mhz, replacing 2gb 800mhz.

Now I don't know as much about computers to know the tech stuff which is why I need help in this decision.

At 1st it was about gaming but I want to know if it can improve my laptop in general. I don't have the money to get a better laptop or desktop.

So, can this improve my laptop performance or do I need more to improve, not just RAM/get a better laptop?
