Keep the body level and you will fight less to get the response you need.

If it is an interior, you never know what the walls have been exposed to…as an example- a bathroom could have years of hair spray overspray on the walls.So you would need to wash them First with TSP and gloves. This works for tar and nicotine also( cigarette smoke.)Let dry completely.Next sand any peel spots etc. Prime and fill holes - small ones - with your finger and only putting the product in the hole only. If there are large holes-you Wil have to fill, let dry completely and spot prime, again.Then paint. Most likely 2 coats.Your paint should not peel, bubble or slide off. And you will have a good looking painted surface that will last for years.
