3 110v 15 Amp Outlets In Garage

Can you put a 120V plug into a 110V outlet?

People still refer to the Voltage at the Outlets, as in the old days, to be 110 Volts.
In the US the AC Voltage at regular wall outlets is 120 Volts, not 110 V.
So, yes you are OK, you can plug the Chinese charger to the wall outlet.
Note: even if you would have 110 V at the outlet, the output of the charger would still be 2.4 V DC, since they generally have regulated outputs.
If yours doesn't work, make sure that the connecting blades are straight, sometimes they do not make good contact. Try another outlet.

Can i wire a baseboard heater to plug into a 110 outlet?

Only if the heater is rated at 110, not 220 (it is probably 220). Those heaters draw big amperage, so hopefully your garage wiring is sufficient.
Check the breaker to see if it is 15 or 20 amp, then check the heater. If your heater draws 19 amps and the breaker is 15 amps, it will not be sufficient.
In any case, chances are the heater will be 220 and will require a two-pole breaker sized properly. You probably have a single-pole breaker.
Remember that the garage circuit has other outlets that you may or may not be using. The entire scenario sounds a bit scary.

Will my generator have enough power?

Thanks all! I'm pretty sure they do give a decent margin of error on that 5000w rule but I guess it's to be sure the house won't deflate and trap the toddlers inside. It's a large unit with 2 fans, basically 2 large bounce houses in 1. If everyone here thinks its ok I'm going to do it :)

A normal looking power outlet with one horizontal prong???? why?

I wentto plug in a jacuzzi today and I noticed that the outlet looks liek your basic household electrical cord but the prong are different. There is a ground , one vertical, and one horizontal. what does this mean? Does it have something to do with110 vs 220?
