3. Are There Any Vitamins And Minerals Sheila Might Have Inadequate Intakes Of Based On Her 24-hour

Can we build muscles without protein supplements?

Yes you can build muscle without consuming whey protein supplement.Building muscle results from a proper training program and good nutrition. Even the biggest of bodybuilders do not rely merely on protein shakes to achieve their muscle building and fat burning goals.Whole foods(actual food) contain all the amino acids the body needs to recover from intense workouts. Protein supplements are very fast absorbing i.e. they get digested very quickly. In fact, whole food protein has a thermic effect on the body, increasing fat burning by forcing the digestive system to expend more energy breaking down the amino acids. How to build muscles:-progressive weight training (free weights and body weight). with time keep on increasing the weight and/or the number of reps and sets.by performing compound exercisesmaintaining good form while trainingby changing the training pattern every few months to shock the muscle because the body gets adapted to the pattern which you have been following and stops responding to it. thus, leading to a plateau.eat plenty of good food throughout the day spread out in 4–6 meals containing ~20–25 grams of protein per meal.rest is one of the most crucial factors which determines muscle growth. have a good nights sleep of 6–8 hours.the timing of the food and what you eat around your training is very important. e.g. post workout you need to immediately feed your body with carbohydrates and protein rich food.Whey protein supplements are good for those who are not able to get enough of the nutrition from the food they eat.For furthur information:-Bodybuilding Without Protein ShakesHow to Build Muscle Without Supplementscheck out my INSTAGRAM @UTKARSHS2204 for workouts and fitness tipshttps://www.instagram.com/utkarshs2204/

If I use meth regularly, what should I keep an eye on, health-wise? Are there any specific medical tests my doctor should run? Are there indicators in my blood work? Should I notice anything with my body that indicates the start of a problem?

Please refer to my other answers on related questions, but in short form:Hydration (Keep a water bottle with you, drink regularly, meth raises your core temperatures, hides normal body warning signals, lets you do a lot of self-damage through exertion without feeling the pain.Electrolytes (Gatorade rather than water if affordable, or a little salt and sugar with all the water you drink - replacing the water without the balance of salt and sugar can interfere with the body sending signals electrically, etc. Some salty trail mix, etc. works)EatFeet (Out walking, impaired gait, etc. Clean Socks, Baths, Properly fitting running shoes)Teeth (Brush, try to teach yourself to be aware of clenched teeth, chew sugar free gum, keep your jaw moving not just clenched hours on end)Avoid secondary drugs - especially alcohol, opiates, barbiturates, benzodiazapenes. It complicates matters drastically and can either kill you through OD or through creating complicated mixed psychiatric states. If you have a GP or psychiatrist, try Seroquel, Olanzapine, Resperidone, Valproic Acid, Lithium,No reason you cannot have a psychiatrist, doctor, counselor while still using, try to maintain a connection with at least one professional who is supportive and patient who knows everything and you trust. If something happens, or if you suddenly become ready to make big changes, getting the pieces in place can take too long.Once the meth stops working, ask yourself whether increasing doses or frequency of dosing is really doing anything, or just becoming a pointless, dangerous action. Consider keeping a little journal or seeing what the minimum dose you can get by on is, lowering a bit each day. Try to return to oral ingestion if possible.Have a bug-out plan for emergency and/or when you are finally ready to do anything to stop, or if you lose touch with reality: Pick a hospital or a counselor/clinic you feel like you might entrust your safety to, have an emergency contact written down, a little bit about yourself and how much meth/how long/route of administration/etc.Don’t give up on yourself and remember that while it is a long journey to come off meth and return to happiness and full functioning, it is one you can make when you are ready. Meth is powerful and complex and self-hatred and blame isn’t helpful or warranted. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s easy or painless.Good luck.

How would you recommend she adjust her food intake to meet her needs for these nutrients?

Sheila, 32 years old, has been referred to a registered dietitian (RD) following her 6-week postpartum check-up following her third pregnancy, as she has concerns about her goals of weight loss and still being able to meet her daughter’s nutritional needs through breastfeeding. She has been maintaining her weight with her current calorie intake.

Does drinking lemon water lower my high blood pressure?

Citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges are all rich in Vitamin C.

Vitamin C is a powerfull antioxidant ~ antioxidants are the little soldiers that go in there and give up their lives for the mutated cells (free radicals) to reform and make them healthy and vital again ~ and has a myriad of other benefits.

Vitamin C does help lower blood pressure, plays a role as a blood thinner, helps with stress, lowers incidence of blood clots in veins, acts as a natural laxative, increases the absorption of iron, extends life by enabling protein cells to hold together, aides in the treatment and prevention of the common cold, helps in decreasing blood cholesterol, offers protection against many forms of cancer, helps to heal wounds, burns and bleeding gums, increases effectiveness of drugs used to treat urinary tract infections and accelerates healing after surgery .......... just to name a few ♥

maybe this link will help you ~

You would need to ensure that you use freshly squeezed lemon juice mixed with water (organic lemons preferably if you can afford it) and to ensure also that you rinse your mouth out with water thoroughly afterwards to protect the enamel on your pearly white teeth.

High blood pressure can be a side affect of long standing dehydration ...... When you are getting dehydrated your body goes into preservation mode and hangs onto the little bit of water it does have, hence symptoms such as puffy bags under your eyes actually puffiness anywhere in the body is actually a sign of dehydration.

If you are dehydrated, your blood becomes thicker and your body has to work much too hard to cause it to circulate .......... Expecting your digestive system to digest food and transport essential vitamins and nutrients with no water in your system is an extremely huge ask ............ Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will have a terrible time breathing, digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc......... nothing substitutes for water. your body needs at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily to function efficiently Geez, we need at least 2 litres daily just to maintain aspiration (to breathe)!! so drink up buddy ♥

hope this helps

How can I gain weight as a 14-year-old girl?

If you want to put on weight, you should work out, to insure that you
put on muscle and not fat. Healthy weight gain, just like healthy
weight loss, takes time and
requires a conscious effort to apply good habits.
Recommended Ways to Gain Weight
Have meals with the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and the
right kinds of fat (such as unsaturated and monounsaturated fats,
olive oil, canola oil, pistachios, almonds and walnuts). Heinemann
suggests the following ratio: 60%-70% carbohydrates, 10%-15% protein,
and a small amount of fat.
Eat foods higher in calories, vitamins, and minerals, as opposed to
higher in fat or sugar.
Pack more nutritious calories in each serving. For example, you may
add grated cooked eggs to mashed potatoes, ground chicken to soups and
gravies, cheese in casseroles, eggs, and soups, and nonfat dried milk
in soups, shakes, milk, and mashed potatoes.
If you get too full too fast, try having more high-calorie foods or
slices of foods as opposed to consuming the whole thing (raisins
versus grapes, granola and Grape Nuts versus corn flakes, mango slices
versus the whole mango).
Limit drinking beverages to a half-hour before and after a meal.
Drink mixed juices (apple/berry, peach/orange/banana as opposed to
one juice beverages) for a higher calorie intake.
With moderation, you may add in good fat sources to meals such as
nuts, avocado, olives, and fatty fish (salmon and mackerel).
Snack in between meals. Nuts, dried fruits, and yogurt are good
options, but it's also important to find nutritious foods that you
will enjoy.
Have a nutritious snack before bedtime, such as a peanut butter
sandwich.
