Why are Chinese restaurants closed on Mondays ?
The busiest days of the week besides holidays are Saturday and Sunday. Most of the raw ingredients are used up and need restocking, all those behind the scenes activities like washing and cleaning the restaurants and kitchen pantry and refrigerator cold room etc need to be cleaned thoroughly in case the health inspectors may check and to maintain cleanliness. Most Chinese restaurant have shift workers too and no matter how busy their restaurants are they close at 2 or 3 pm and reopen at 5 for the workers to have dinner usually in the restaurant or rest. So Monday is the best choice to close or sometimes Wednesday is also a good day for a break "
Do people in Hong Kong, China & Taiwan work on Saturdays?
In China and Hong Kong it varies between companies. Many of the big cities in China require that staff work on saturday for half a day (which means they do nothing on that day). Hong Kong is similar. Sales people are working long hours and often communicate with email and mobile phones, which means they are effectively on call 24 hours a day. I would say wait until monday, because a saturday call might get a quick response, while on monday they will take the time and effort to do this work properly (just like I avoiding calling companies with complex enquiries on a Friday, because they often have forgetten in by monday)
Is it normal for my tattoo to not peel after 4-5 days...?
Some ppl take longer for their tattoos to heal. If it hasn't peeled yet that's ok. If it has a "hardened" feeling to it, it usually means your not applying enough ointment. You should be gently washing your tattoo with luke warm water only every 4 hours and applying a THIN layer of ointment. If in between washings your tatoo feels dry and hard apply more ointment. I find that A&D and regular lotions pull out more ink. Try Aquaphor or 100% natural Emu Oil. Also, covering the tattoo at night with cling wrap and first aid tape to hold the cling wrap on is a great idea. Your tattoo can get very dry at night. This also helps keep the color bright and vibrant. Sometimes the hardening can be the first step to peeling. If and when your tattoo begins to peel you'll want to make sure to lightly wipe all of the excess peeling skin off of the tattoo. Taking showers and allowing the water to run on the tattoo for a while is a form of "soaking" the tattoo and allowing any of the peeling skin to come off slowly. The less scabbing and peeling the better. Your tattoo can take up to 6 full weeks to fully heal. Everyone's tattoo's and even different parts of the body heal's differently. Yellow bruises after wisdom teeth removal?
I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on Friday so it has been 6 full days. My face is still swollen and i have yellow/green bruises on my lower jaw. It is still painful to eat. I just want this to all go away. How much longer do you think this will be going on for? Thanks :)
I don't understand how to set up this math question?
It says: a patient is taking a liquid antacid from a 16 fluid ounce bottle. If a patient takes 1/2 fluid oz every 4 hours while awake from 7 am. with a final dose at 11pm, how many full days would this bottle last? I'm sure this is 5th grade math, but I'm having trouble setting it up. Could anyone show me how. I'm so frustrated. Thank you.
