50 Pounds In 4 Months

How to lose 50 pounds in 4 months?

The only thing that has ever worked for me is a low carb diet. That means no potatoes at all, no bread, no sweets (except for whipped cream), no fruits (except berries, but not to many), No pasta,No soda, no sweat tea, no milk, no juice, no ketchup and noo barbq sauce. Buut you can have all of the meat (as long as it isnt breaded), mushrooms, cheese, eggs, veggies, ranch,Salad (with ranch, cheese, bacon bits, eggs, lettuce, but NO CRUTONS) A1 sauce, water, diet soda, crystal light, that you want. I recently just started back on it,to lose fat after pregnancy, and my goal is actually to lose 40-45 pounds. The first day is hard but after that it just gets easier, I am on day 4 right now and i have already lost 6 pounds :) The best diet i have ever been on, because you start seeing results almost instantly. I try to stay below 20 carbs all together in a day, and the only carbs i usually eat are the little bit that are in ranch and A1

CAN I LOOSE 55 POUNDS IN 4 MONTHS?

Ok, let's say that's 18 weeks... It's healthy to lose weight at a rate of 2 pounds per week after the first 3 weeks. You might lose 3-4 pound per week the first three weeks. So, that's around 10 pounds the first 3 weeks and then around 30lbs for the next 15 weeks. So, I think you can safely expect to lose 40 pounds in that time frame. You're going to look great losing 40 pounds. Don't get hung up on it having to be 55lbs.

Weight watchers is a really healthy way to lose weight. You can go to meetings or you can do it online.

How can i lose 140 pounds in 4 months?

Sorry, but you can't. That's nearly 9 pounds/week for 4 months. Not even contestants on Biggest Loser have high numbers like that every week, and they have personal trainers, great gym, and a nutritionist to help them. Plus, very rapid weight loss is difficult to maintain and keep off long term. A more realistic number is 1-2 pounds/week.

Talk to your parents about your goal of losing weight. Have them help you make healthy food and exercise choices. Get rid of all the junk foods and drinks in your house, even if unopened. That includes chips, cookies, crackers, bars, most cereals, all sweets, processed foods, soda, sugary drinks, etc. Stock up on fresh fruits and veggies. Those should be 1/3-1/2 of what you eat each day. Drink just plain water, and plenty of it.

Then get moving. Aim for an hour of exercise most days. Run, swim, bike, any sport, exercise DVD, and dance are all good. Just get your heart rate up and use several major muscle groups during that time. Try different activities until you find one you enjoy and stick with it.

I have 2 months to lose 30-50 pounds, how should I do it?

Disclaimer : I'm not doctor, not healthcare practitioner or dietitian. You should consult a doctor prior to starting something like this.here is my personal experience as a dieter who accomplished something close enough :I disagree with the it's impossible comments from other folks and I think it's partially doable :To lose 30lbs in 60 days means you should lose half a pound a day. Using 3500 cal = 1lbs of fat, this means you need to have a caloric deficit of about 1750 calories / day which is huge deficit given that an average male require about 2000 calories per day.this leaves you with 250 calories to consume per day. If you eat 250 calories per day over 2 months you will likely to suffer and weight loss will stall as you enter starvation mode.. so this isn't good.. what can you do?1- weightlifting to increase your metabolic rate and change your body composition :Specially if you are a beginner weightlifting will do miracles for weight loss for couple of reasons.A weightlifting session will burn an average of 500 calories. So instead of burning your 2000, you are now burning 2500/ day for at least 3 days a week where you workout with weights.Weightlifting will help you gain muscle mass which burns more calories and will change your shape and body composition. A 200lbs person with 50lbs of fat will burn less calories than 200lbs with 50lbs of muscle.2- hormonal response and paleo to increase your burn rate:Not all calories are created equal. Low fat diets suck and are bad for weight loss. I recommend you look at a couple of good solutions :Bulletproof Rapid Fat loss protocol: drastic and promises a pound a day .. don't combine this with my exercise recommendation above. Bulletproof's Rapid Fat Loss Protocol: Lose Fat FastCarbNite solution : Carb Nite combine this with my workout recommendation. With the above you should be able to lose about 20–25lbs .. and more importantly be healthier and look like a million bucks :)Don’t get hung up on the 30lbs or 50lbs just take action and get started and I promise that you won't be disappointed.. I haven't heard of anyone who was disappointed because he lost 20lbs instead of 30lbs. You will feel better and look better regardless. Just start

What are some tips to lose 50 pounds in 5 months?

Hey, i have actually done that so i can share what i did.The first thing that you will need is…..*drum roll* an metric ass ton of dedication, you need to go whole hearten or you will not succeed. What i did:Diet:Remove all types of candy; chips, chocolate, sweets, soda, ice cream EVERYTHING must be cut off. throw everything out of the house and never buy it again. No fast food in any form, no pizza, no hamburgers, nothing.Less Carbohydrates. A trick that i used was that i put the amount of carbohydrates that i wanted: Pasta, rice, potato etc and then removed some of it.More water, a lot more water, if i was hungry during the day between meals i would drink water to fill my stomach so i didn´t feel hungry anymore. It should not be used to skip meal but then you feel a little hungry between meals.Don´t have cheat days. It would actually go against it because if you are the type of person, like me, that can start to crave things it can get easily out of control.Training:I trained 5–6 time a week and put around 1½-2 hours each time in gym, that help me but it is not effective to burn calories. Cardio is better because to have a constant burn of calories. start of easy and work your way up.After you have worked out, lets say you have went for a jog then you walk, at least 10 minutes, more does not hurt. What will happen is that your body see a small need of energy. It understand that the sugars are used so instead your body will go for the fats and break them down to give your muscles energy, remember if you start an activity where there is a high demand of energy your body may start to breakdown the muscles to get energy faster. Keep it slow and steady and it will be good.Get a gym membership if you haven´t and mix them, burning more calories is not dangerous unless you go out of control and start to break down your body.I went from 95 Kg (210) to 72 Kg (158) by doing this. This may or may not work on you so i can´t ensure that it will work for others.EDIT: Supplement are a risk to take, you don´t know what they can do to your organs and you may not know chemicals they can and how they act.

What are some tips to lose 45 pounds in 4 months?

Cut out all added sugar and all grains from your diet.I did this my senior year of highschool, and while I ran almost every day (you don't need to run any farther than 2 miles, just keep trying to improve your time. Long runs are nice occasionally though), my diet definitely was the overwhelming catalyst to my weight loss.In short:No bread, pasta, oats, pizza, etc. (yes, even the healthy kind of carbs)No alcohol or pop (empty calories and tons of added sugar)Limit meat to lean cuts (chicken and fish are preferred)Eat as many salads and veggies as you wantLimit your dairy/fruit intake as well (Bc of the natural sugar that's within them)Try to exercise everyday (preferably in the morning before breakfast)I followed these guidelines and lost nearly 40 pounds in 3 months.Good luck, and I hope this helps!

What is the best way to lose 50 pounds of fat in 2 months?

Weight lose is determined by running a calorie deficit.Because 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound. So, in general, if you cut 500 calories from your typical diet each day, you'd lose about 1 pound a week (500calories x 7 days = 3,500 calories)This puts you at about 10 pounds in 2 months. If you want to lose 50 then times it by 5.You would need to run a calorie deficit of 2500 calories per day. This is extreme and not recommended.
