A Kitty Has Balls Under Her Tail Does That Mean Its A Boy If There Is A Male Cat In Her Area

A kitty has balls under her tail, does that mean its a boy,, if there is a male cat in her area,, and she disa?

Take this cat to the Vet to establish it's gender and then have it de-sev=xed unless you are planning to keep it for breeding. Most pet cats are better off de-sexed. If the cat is female and sexually mature and has got out of the house, then you are probably going to have kitten in a few weeks. This is irresponsbile ownership. Act now so you can enjoy your pet cat without the worry of an endless supply of kittens.

Do male cats have breasts?

All male mammals have nipples of some description. So yes male cats do too. To find out what sex your kitten is look under the tail. Stand the cat up, lift up the tail and if you see and upside down ! the dot being the anus and the long "tail of the exclamation mark" would be the opening of the vagina. If you only see the anus and, depending of the age of the kitten, two little fur Balls or at least the suggestion of them with an opening in between them, then it is a male.

Is it normal for a male cat to take in a stray kitten that might be his?

This is far more common than most people think. Cats are very social, empathetic creatures. Males often help with the kittens in feral populations, as well as when the male lives in the same house with the female and kittens. The reason we don’t see it a lot when our own cats have kittens is because the male isn’t able to get near them if he is a feral, stray, or lives in another home.In fact, the male doesn’t even need to be related to the kitten(s) in order to want to protect and nurture it.This isn’t conjecture or wishful thinking or anthropomorphism. The literature is full of studies and observational data that back this up. I have seen it many times. The story below is just one example of many.Several years ago, there was a cat I saw quite a bit while I was studying coyotes in the area (I was studying the cats on the side). He was very friendly, so we were able to get him neutered, and then released him.His favorite napping spot was the place where the feral females would have their litters, and he loved helping with the kittens. He'd protect them while mom was away, groom them, play with them, cuddle with them, and even share his food.He got attacked by a coyote one night while protecting the kittens. He managed to scare off the coyote, but he was in bad shape. We nursed him back to health, got the kittens to the Humane Society, and trapped the females and got them spayed. I decided it was time for him to retire, and we adopted him. We named him Kagetora (shadow tiger; because he followed my daughter around all the time).Fast-forward to a year later. We were fostering a young cat who was pregnant. She was only 6 months old herself when she got pregnant, and she had 6 kittens, so it was a bit much. Kagetora loved taking care of the kittens. One of the kittens got really sick, and we had to bottle feed him, carry him around with us, and my daughter and I slept opposite each other so someone was always awake with him. During this time, Kagetora bonded with the kitten very strongly. By the time he was old enough to be adopted, Kagetora was convinced that the kitten was his, and I couldn't take the kitten away from him.

What does it mean when my male cat licks my other male cat’s anus? Is he gay?

Every species of animal has a percentage of gay members. The research was done involving penguins in the research base on Antartica years ago. They found its necessary for gay members of species for the purpose of raising those who the parents reject for survival.Liking the cats anus is not a sign of your cat being gay. There’s three possible reasons;1 infection2 grooming3 picking up on the scent gland (possibly)

My 3 years old son just killed a kitten. He killed a kitten by literally stamping on it. The kitten died. He came back to me and told me what he did. We are in trauma now. This is so wrong. How should I react? What should I do?

The question and some of the answers are equally disturbing. What should you do? He’s 3, so a long discussion won’t work. Tell him that the kitten wasn’t a bug to stomp on, we don’t take lives, particularly of pets and people, bury the kitten with a small ceremony to attach personal meaning to it and never leave kids alone with ANY pets, ever. They have no ability to protect themselves or understand how to care for pets, regardless of how docile or small they are. You don’t want your son harmed by the pet anymore than the pet harmed by your son. Kids pull tails, feed them the wrong things and do things to animals all the time because they do not understand, so don’t expect him to.And to take him to a psychologist to have him evaluated is ridiculous. Yes, many studies are done that psychopaths can exhibit this type of behavior as children but it was one incident and the child was left alone with the animal unsupervised at 3 without any idea what he was doing. Does this excuse the child? No. He should learn consequences of his actions, the meaning of life, his role in preserving it and keep an eye on it. Not that I wish for more animals to be harmed, but no psychopath is diagnosed after one animal killing at 3 years old. None. They aren’t diagnosed this young either.Don’t ignore this, but on the flip side if you make too big a deal about it, he’s not going to understand but draws attention to it too much. If he does lean towards killing animals in the future, he will not be so willing to come talk to you about it. You HAVE to know if there are future ones because then it’s not as much an accident if he was taught not to do this from this example. It’s a fine line, but to have him analyzed and be so rash in jumping to psychopathic conclusions from what was most likely an innocent accident is over the top overreaction. Teaching him what he did was wrong, he took a life and to honor life, don’t leave him alone again with animal and bury it with dignity.

Why does my cat flick his tail when next to inanimate objects even though he has been spayed?

Typically a cat will quiver its tail near an object to mark it as its territory. This instinctual behavior occurs regardless of whether the cat has been neutered or spayed. The cat’s tail is a multi-purpose tool. It’s used for balance and serves as a rudder, scarf, warm blanket, sunblock and signal flag. It's also a highly versatile communication device. When kittens greet their mother, they run to her with their tails upright. They rub their tails around her hind quarters to solicit food. Adult cats also entwine their tails with friendly cats (the tail has scent from the anal glands). They will also wrap their tails around human legs or objects in their domain to transfer their scent. When a cat meets its owner and wants to extend a friendly greeting, the tail goes up and quivers, but there isn't any spraying of urine. It's the cat's version of "I'm really glad to see you”. It's an invitation to sniff the anal glands in order to confirm its identity and transfer the scent to you and should be taken as a compliment.

Why do cats have three butt holes ?

This is a serious question. I was looking at my cat Mittens and he turned around and he has three holes on his back-end. One is right below the tail and the other two are down more. What is each used for ?

How do you tell the gender of a cat without looking to its genitalia?

You can’t determine a cat’s gender with 100% certainty without looking at their genitalia. However, you can make educated guesses on some cats. For instance:Over 99% of all calicos and tortoiseshell cats are females. Males do exist, but they are very rare.About 75% of all orange tabbies are male.A cat with large, round jowls — basically cheeks that look too big for their face is likely a male that is either currently intact or was neutered later in life. Like this guy:If you encounter a cat that is uncharacteristically vocal, attention-seeking, and is constantly sticking their butt up in the air while pulling the tail to the side, you’re likely looking at an intact female in heat. Like this:If you see a cat with a large udder, you’re likely looking at an intact female who is going to give birth shortly or has recently given birth. If you see a cat with a litter of kittens you’re likely looking at an intact female.Aside from those signs, I can’t think of anything else off the top of my head that would enable you to make a truly educated guess.

How do I tell a Boy Kitten from a Girl Kitten?

hi
i got a boy cat a few years ago and i really couldn't tell if it was a boy or not i thought it might be a girl
both male and female cats have nipples (just like human men have nipples too)

so you really have to check lower. it is hard to tell when they are really little because they havent matured yet or anything but if its a female there shouldn't be much of a bump at all

also from the back when the cats walk if you look at the back of them male cats will have visible balls

it is reallt hard to tell when they are young because they havent developed so i would say either wait a little or ask a vet or friend who has cats. really how i found out my cat was male was my friends mom told me
