I need to write a letter of opinion about parking tickets in Montreal that they are too expensive for my English class. Can someone give me some good tips on how to write a letter of opinion, its worth 25% of my final mark. Thanks!

Those beautiful scrawlings of the Palmer Method cursive alphabet were at the top of every blackboard, all through the grade school years…“Have you ever hand-written a letter and sent it to someone?”* * *The triumph, however, was initiating my god daughter into the graciousness of letter-writing, as born in 1991 cursive was already getting phased out at school.So: around age eight, losing her baby teeth we stuck them under the pillow for the tooth fairy to work her magic. Accumulated a HUGE sum maybe $Seven Dollars here, went to the Dollar Store and picked out LOTS of fancy gifts!Wrapped ’em up, including a card with each one, first just her signature and dictating to me her message, then SHE wanted to try writing the messages too…got longer and longer…I mean, this was high-level, meaningful stuff here!Her uncle so ill at the time, such a lift to receive her gift along with handwritten letter…favourite former school teachers…special friends, grandmother/grandfather…a wonderful time for everyone involved, as this little girl sent out her loving best wishes to all, in cursive no less!

First of all, I would appreciate how this question brought up so many beautiful memories. By letter, I'll assume a special piece of paper kept in an envelope.Last time, I addressed a 'letter' to God! ..Well yes, I was in class 7th.I had maintained a really craft Diary. I had put in a lot of efforts in the diary. Decorated it with sparkles and stickers and all sorts of colors !I pasted this letter on my diary.Now you may wonder why have I mentioned HEAVEN 2. The reason is that I always thought that 1 is what everyone wishes for. Yes. I have. As a matter of fact I wrote one just two weeks ago. I find that writing is much more personal and passionate when trying to express your feelings.In this day and age when it's as easy as sending a quick text, Snapchat, video call, to remind someone to we love them…still nothing beats a handwritten personal letter.You can tell where the ink gets erractic and more slanted as they become overwhelmed with emotion. The fold lines that are creased carefully and lovingly. Their thoughts when they read through the letter and are reminded in a heartfelt way that someone in their life is so amazing and deserving of love, and that they get to be that person that loves them dearly.Now, as I stated before I wrote one not too long ago. I have yet to give it to him, as I have been in love with this person for almost seven years. That may seem like plenty of years to know someone. However, timing has never matched up, thus we do not know each other as most couples or lovers do. These feelings though, and the time in my life, is telling me not to wait. It's now or never as you don't know what could happen tomorrow. It could turn out anyway and the desired way is of course, in my favor. I love him so much, with the depths of my heart and being. Of course, however that would depend on the use & content of the actual letter. For example, school children write notes “from their parents” all the time. They know it's wrong, but suits their agendas.In the case of a legally binding document, it would be illegal to do so, like signing another person's name on a cheque, and punishable by law.Hoping this is helpful.

Opinions on how it is would be appreciated. :) You walked into my life and hit me like a big yellow taxi. The impact you have on me today is tremendous. It's just been a little over a month but it feels like more because we've already been through some tough pulls, but even if it's a hundred against 2, we'd win the tug-of-war, and I know that. Nothing can pull me away from you or you away from me. These flashbacks take me on a roller-coaster. I smile, I smirk, I laugh, I blush, I tear up, I hurt, I try not to shed a tear as I tighten my fist, I jump around in happiness, I see our flaws, I see our improvements, and it still continues... If only there was a way I could explain to you how much I love you. Today I feel terrible because I know I have hurt you. I agree that my pride is like water spilling out of it's glass. But you have to go through a jolt for things to make perfect sense.. an empty conversation filled with empty words made me realize how you must be feeling. You were right when you told me you don't deserve this. I thought back on that, everyday when you message me I feel like I'm on cloud 9, so you deserve to feel that extreme happiness. I want the association to trim a tree in front of my unit. Its obscuring my view and preventing light from coming through.
