Search for Yahoo cookies and delete all your Yahoo cookies. You can then sign into your account(s). That said, you may not have full functionality. Yahoo is continuing to have mail issues.
Is yahoo.fr a valid email address and if so, what country?
The answer was France, which sounds logical. I know the person the email address belongs to, and he lives in Haiti, West Indies. When I learned of his address having a (.fr) at the end I thought he had made a mistake. Unfortunately he is difficult to reach (not alot of online time in Haiti). I did check out a Hatian site and it used .fr as well. Perhaps French being the predominate language has something to do with it.
How do I access my yahoo email account from overseas?
My wife and I share a yahoo email account. She is overseas atm and yahoo would not allow her to login due to her being overseas and/or using an iPad instead of a PC. The help says to set-up a secondary sign-in, but we can't do that as neither of us has a mobile phone. Is there any way around this or do we just have to set up a new email account (which would suck).

You are getting an error message from a backbone computer of the Internet saying that the email you sent did not go through, usually because you have the wrong email address. Contacting Yahoo is going to be difficult, since they want to use their automated response system.
