In order to Ritual Summon, you have to have both the Ritual Spell and Ritual Monster on your hand and the tributes required. So you cannot summon Magician of Black Chaos from your deck.

Don't listen to the guy above. You were being specific, Magician of Black Chaos (ritual) and Dark Magician of Chaos (effect). Different. Anyways, on your question... Yes you can use Advanced Ritual Art on Magician of Black Chaos because Advance Ritual Art states that you can use this card on any Ritual monster card (ignoring there summoning conditions). Remember, Advanced Ritual Art states that you must send equal to the stars of that Ritual monster from your deck to the graveyard (normal monsters). No you cannot because it says in the text: This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card Black Magic Ritual. So you cannot special summon other than Ritual Summoning it except with Fullfillment of the Contract. Hope that explains it!

I’m an aspiring chaos magician, so I’m by no means an expert. I’m answering this to test my current knowledge.As I understand it, chaos magic is more of a philosophy than a system of magic (such as, say, Hermetic magic). I like chaos magic because it places a heavy emphasis on personal freedom and self-knowledge. Philosophies associated with chaos magic include…Reality is mostly made up of our brains’ perception (and that is a scientific fact, not a belief). This can be taken to mean the world is made of thoughtforms. If we can manipulate our perception, we can therefore manipulate reality.Tools are useful, but not necessary. Magic comes from you, not your wand (athame, pentacle, candles, etc.). Spirits are tools. Belief is also a tool. Shifting beliefs is very important to chaos magic. Traditional practices and belief systems are not necessary. Dogma should be rejected. Ultimately, you decide your own doctrine and what you do with it. Chaos magic could be a good system for atheists.There are benefits to tradition, so it could be a “learn the rules before you break them” kind of situation. (So, traditional theurgy is like ballet dance, and chaos magic is like modern dance. … That analogy may only have been useful for me.)There is no “black magic” or “white magic.” Magic is not good nor evil. Magic is neutral (like chaos), and what defines it as good or evil is what you do with it. The same is true of everything else, including human qualities. This does not necessarily mean that there is no such thing as morality, but it means that morality is not black and white or set in stone.Chaos magic is less of a practice, and more of a way to look at the most basic theory of why and how magic works. why did they create it celtic guardian and an obnoxtious celtic guardian? why did they create gaia the fierce knight and swift gaia the fierce knight? DMOC and MOBC are WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY different!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe not in looks, but dmoc is actually a good card( that's why it's forbidden) while mobc sucks balls!!!!!!!!!
