A Way To Get Rid Of White Hair Apart From Dying Them Or At Least To Prevent Them

How can I stop early greying of hair?

I am only 17 but some of my hair has already turned gray.I don't want to try hair colouring since they contain chemicals. What natural home remedies do you suggest? Is there any special diet you recommend to arrest the further graying of hair?

Can bleach make my hair white?

Yes, but it will take a couple of processes and it will damage your hair bad. Make sure you get it done professionally and make sure that you get the necessary products to help with breakage and damage. Because your hair could easily keep breaking off. Def. keep that in mind.
btw conditioners do not keep your hair healthy, they just help keep it from breaking off, it's more of a temp. fix. Protein treatments are your best bet with repairing your hair, conditioning treatments are good for after you get a protein, that way your hair will feel even more soft.

I am an Indian teen guy, and my hair is becoming white. What can I do to get rid of it?

I got my first white hair at age 15, so I think I have some idea how you feel. By the time I was 21 I had a fair number of white hairs scattered over the top of my head, where they were quite obvious to everyone, and over the years I got more and more. Now at age 58 the topmost layer of my hair is almost entirely white although I still have some black hairs underneath, especially at the back of my head. Here is what my hair looks like:If you have just a few white hairs you can ignore them (my college roommate plucked hers out with a tweezer, not recommended), but ultimately you have three choices: you can shave your head, you can dye your hair for the next 30-50 years, or you can accept and embrace your white hair.I began to dye my hair in my late 30s and continued for seven years. Eventually it just became such an annoyance that I decided I had to stop. When you dye your hair you have to start worrying about things like roots: how many weeks has it been since you applied dye? Are your roots showing? If I go on a business trip for two weeks do I need to move up my touchup schedule to attend to those roots before I go, or should I wait until afterwards and go on a business trip with white roots showing? Etc.Frankly I found it exhausting. I wanted to just live my life. But once you start dyeing your hair it is hard to stop. If you just stop cold you get a kind of skunk stripe down the top of your head as your roots grow out, and it takes months and months (if you keep your hair short) for the color to become even all over your head. What I did was go to a salon for "corrective color" - they bleached my hair thoroughly and then conditioned it and gave me blonde highlights. I lived with that for nine or ten months before my natural silver color grew out completely. So those are your choices. I recommend just letting it grow in and embracing it. White hair can be beautiful. I like mine a lot and I get a lot of compliments on it. Good luck!

Does rinsing hair with lemon juice remove hair dye?

Lemon Juice will RETARD the loss of color - The 'Acidity' of the juice will keep the cuticle (The outer layer) closed TIGHT preventing color loss.

Try using a Tbs. of Baking Soda in 8 oz. warm water and pour through dry hair this is mildly alkaline and will OPEN the cuticle layer allowing the dye to wash away more quickly - Follow with shampoo.

If you need it removed more quickly get L'Oreal® EFFASOL or Clairol UNCOLOR Powder from the local beauty supply and mix with warm water and conditioner. Or Clairol METALEX® (Check the links below)

Of the suggestions below Clairol® UNCOLOR™ Liquid is the most gentle - But may need 2-3 applications to remove all color. METALEX is more efficient but still gentle to hair and scalp. The Powder Removers will remove color in 1 application but you need to watch them CAREFULLY so mix them with CONDITIONER and WATER ONLY (No Peroxide or Developer)

Hope This Helps.

Good-Luck!!

Does chlorine remove hair dye?

It should not come out. However Chlorine really dries your hair, which is not good for the dye. My advice would be to wet your hair before you go swimming, (hair is like a sponge: it will only absorb so much water, if you wet your hair before you go swimming, then the chlorine water will effect your hair less). After you get out of the pool wash your hair with either moisturizing or color preserving shampoo. This should keep your hair healthy enough to preserve the dye.
Good Luck

Will drinking a lot of carrot juice stop grey hair?

Once your hair strands begin to turn gray then they stay like that forever. There isn't any natural or manufactured formula that will change it back to it's natural color. Genetics and stress are just two things that can cause graying - and you've pointed out that it's genetic. Just continue to dye it like you've been doing because that's the only thing you can do.
