Pain/ache in upper left arm? Help!?
I'm 14 male and for the past few days my chest and left arm is acheing and I'm really scared. I don't think it is a heart issue cause I'm only 14 but I just don't know. I told my dad and he says if anything u usual happens like an irregular heart beat to go to him. This literally came out of nowhere. I have never had any heart issues in my life by the way.
What causes chest pain, upper back pain and left arm pain with tingling and numbness and cold fingers?

I have pain in my right upper leg and the right arm. What's causing this?
I could list 50 possible causes, and the next person add 50 more. It’s just too broad and vague. My first wild guess is how you slept or how you sit for long periods.Those who work at a desk with a computer often favor one arm and one leg, leaning just enough to the right or left, even a tiny amount, to have an effect all day, every day, that translates to pain. Most people also don’t have their chair at exactly the right height, nor their desk height, nor the monitor (they hunch down to peer at a notebook).Of course a DOCTOR can see your age, gender, weight, have you move your arms and legs, get your history, look at your eyes and mouth and ears, and maybe even order xrays.I usually tell everyone they are pregnant, just to show how absurd it is to ask for diagnoses online. But people tell me I can be too sarcastic.
Dull aching pain in upper left arm and neck?
I'm 22 years old with no past heart problems. Heart disease does run in my family. For the past few hours I have had a dull aching pain in my upper left arm going into my shoulder and neck. No chest pains or heart burn. Should I be concerned? Also, there have been no injuries or pulled muscles...Does anyone know what this could be?
Mild pain in upper left arm, shoulder, chest, palm?
My husband starting having slight pain in his arm around midnight. Shortly afterward we went to sleep, but he woke up at 3 AM - not sure if it was because of pain or something else - and the pain had worsened. He said it was a dull pain. It's now 4:30 and the pain has significantly decreased. The pain seems to be isolated to his shoulder, inner elbow, and palm, but there is also a little pain on the left side of his chest. He is 28, has never drunk alcohol or smoked, and has no known family history of cardiac problems. We went swimming earlier today, and he had pulled himself from the pool into an attached jacuzzi by his arms. Could this pain just be from a strained or pulled muscle? The pain started almost 6 hours after swimming. Advise please.

I came off xanax last year after a 9 year dependency and it was the hardest thing I ever did but it was also beautiful because it was like beginning to see the world with fresh eyes after being medicated for so long. Hang in there, it gets better... For the arm pain- (I had this and I think it is the body's way of releasing pent up tension, I had this for a couple weeks) try a heating pad, lie face down so that the pressure of your body weight and the heat can work together. It takes a while to heal from benzos, I have been off of it for a year and I am still adjusting to life without being able to numb. I recommend a really good support system (be selective, you want to have support, not judgement) and just patience...."Get comfortable being uncomfortable" is my absolute favorite recovery saying. There is kind of no getting around the awkward phase, but I think that is a natural part of getting comfortable in your own skin, which was mostly why we went on the drugs in the first place! you will have ups and downs, when you hit the downs just remember that they will pass. Meditation and Yoga help too!! Keep up the good work!
Does pain in the upper left arm always mean heart problems?
I have been experiencing pain in my upper left arm just above the elbow. It is a sickening achy feeling that seems to be coming from deep within the bone. It seems to come in waves that start out mild and then increase to quite painful - then diminish again. This happens for about a half hour. During these times, I am at rest and I did not do anything just before to injure my arm or exert myself in any way. I don't have chest pain, palpatations, or diaphorisis during these episodes. Yeah, I know I should go to the doctor, but I was wondering if this type of pain could be related to upper back pain. I have been going to a physical therapist and a chiropractor for back issues related to scoliosis for a while now. I'm REALLY sick of doctors and would really like to just blow this arm pain thing off.
Why does my chest and upper arms hurt after I sneeze?
It could be that however your body is moving is irritating a nerve (more than likely connected to your spine in your upper back) that is causing this pain.I would suggest talking to your physician first and if recommended going to a chiropractor in case something in your spine is out of line causing the nerve to become agitated.
Chest pain, hurts more when I move my arms?
I say chest pain pain but its more like a dull ache, it is between my breast slightly to the left. both of my shoulders are also aching and i feel the chest ache/pain most when i move my arms fast. I have recently had problems with my legs where after walking for a while my legs really hurt & feel badly bruised and the veins in my feet swell. Im not sure if its all related but randomly have 3 huge mouthulcer as well- i know "big deal"- its weird to me cuz i very rarely get them and when I have had them theyve been small and there has only been one. I am 22 and still overweight ( but I am working on it ) I went to see my doctor yesterday he didnt do any checks just said its cause im overweight. Im really starting to panic.. what could all this be.
