I don't want anyone to add me on Facebook. I saw that it is possible to make your friend request button, disappear. How can I do that? Or how can I add an auto-message to those who want to add me, asking if they really know me?

Go to settings as in the below screenshotYou’ll be redirected to this page, Now click on Privacy tab to see the below settingsMake changes to “Who can contact me?” to “Friends of Friends”. Go to your profile and click on View AsYour profile should look like below to public, you can also View as Specific person from the settings at the topYou don’t need to do anything to send an Auto-Message, if an Unknown person is trying to send a Message, Facebook already has default security measure that the User can reach your Inbox directly for the 1st time, if you accept their message request you’ll receive all future messages from the user, if you tap Ignore, All the future messages from the user will be marked as Spam.Coming to sending a friend request, Facebook will not allow a random person to send a friend request to a random person unless you know them as a School friend, Colleague, friends of friend (i.e, at least 1 mutual friend).
