Adobe After Effects CS6 frozen preview window?

I've tried changing stuff in preferences, using advanced nvidia gpu, ans install flash player, quicktime and directx, all to no avail. I'll try to import stuff and even when I scrool over the image it shows a current color in the right hand corner. Heres a snapshot:

Please help, I'm working on a big project that needs to be upploaded ina few days and I don't wanna lose my work or not be able to edit.

Adobe After Effects CS6 is crashing?

Whenever I open After Effect, first I get this message:
"After Effects error: After Effects crashed previously attempting to initialize OpenGL. Consult the manufacturer of your graphics card for a compatible OpenGL driver."
Then, after I exit, this comes up:
"After Effects warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands."
Then, after exiting again:
"After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <39780> <2> Sniffer Result Code: 0"
Then finally, the last one:
"After Effects can't continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. For After Effects Help and Support, go to http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_support. If you still can't resolve the issue, please contact Adobe Technical Support (2)

What is going on? This is the full version being run on Windows 7. How do I fix this?

How Can I save a video in adobe after effects cs6?

I just want to export an edited clip in after effects into an mp4 file or whatever, I have clicked composition> add to render queue, I then checked best quality and all that,
but it wont let me click the render button, when I do it says: ''in order to render, you must set the destination of your output modules'' how do I do that?

Adobe After Effects CS6 Help Track Camera Issue?

When trying to use the 3D track camera function, I click on my video and then select 'track camera' and it comes up with a red bar saying: '3D Camera Tracker: Use only in the composition panel'.

I have looked at many forums and have had no success trying to resolve this issue.

Just got CS6 so im still a noob. I have gotten the motion tracking to work, but i still cant get the track camera to work! please help!
