Adomen Pain And Paralyse When Sleep

Can sleep paralysis be painful?

Yes, both physically and psychologically, but in much the same ways as regular dreams/nnightmares can be painful — though arguably to a worse extent. The physical pain is usually due to some position you are in. Occasionally physical pain results from attempting to physically fight against the paralysis, or sudden actual.movements upon waking. The psychological pain comes from things like the terror of the fact of being paralyzed and unable to do anything about it, the emotional content of the gray-buzzy space during the paralysis (which can sometimes have dream/nightmare-like content), and the lingering stresses upon waking.

Can I open my eyes during sleep paralysis?

You can. Sleep paralysis is often a metaphysical concept for a lot of people. From my experiences of sleep paralysis:Simply put, your body dips into REM sleep. This is the brain's cue to start the “dream sequence”. In a REM sleep, your body is deep asleep but your brain is more on standby.Sleep paralysis happens when you are still in the dream sequence but your senses start to wake up.This is followed by your brain sending orders to your hands and legs to move. Of course it doesn't happen because you are still in REM sleep. Our body's defense mechanism for non reception of senses is to create a scare. That is why we are always faster and stronger when we are scared. This results in increasingly horrific hallucination which mostly involve a ghost like creature. But still your body doesn't respond. So your body kicks up the hallucination which causes you to either wake up or snap you into a temporary unconsciousnessThis is why people wake up a few minutes later (sometimes seconds later). Your body goes into restart and you are back to normal, except the elevated heartbeat and profuse perspiration and the aftermath of a panic attack. So your eyes are often Open. You cannot close it shut because you essentially don't have any control over your body at that time

How many people have severe pain during sleep paralysis?

I was not aware that sleep paralysis was a painful experience, it is generally completely harmless, many people do, however have terrifying hallucinations during it, and are unable to move, since it is generally a failure of a chemical (possibly Melatonin, feel free to research that further) which stops people from acting out their dreams that causes sleep paralysis in the first place, kinda like the opposite of sleepwalking. Severe pain does not sound like a symptom of this state specifically. One possibility if this seems to be happening is called NREM… it is often accompanied by a loud ringing noise in one or both ears.I hope this helps some and wish you good luck along with many future Sweet Dreams.

Can sleep paralysis kill you?

I have experience sleep paralysis several times and trust me, sleep paralysis can’t kill you. It is only a myth. In fact, I have a blog where you can read about sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming.Let me be straight:There are no demons, dark entities, archons, spiders, aliens, reptilians, Illuminati, leeches, evil spirit, a deity or nine-legged snakes trying to eat you whole while stealing your soul… squashing you inside the bed with a big block of concrete that blocks your chest and you can't even move (like when Thor places his hammer on Loki’s chest!). Yes, sleep paralysis can be scary, very scary.Sleep paralysis happens this way because to all the junk that humanity has in its consciousness. After all, it is just hallucinations created by our minds. Our minds pull the information from the “memory banks” that we filled ourselves… But again, as I said they are just hallucinations and there is nothing wrong with them. We are the ones to blame for the scary parts, and we are the ones that need to work on this.Sleep paralysis is only a stage! It is a mechanical and natural process that we all go through, in fact, it happens every time we fall asleep. Many of you possibly have experienced it already. The mind paralysis the body so do you don’t act out your dreams. Somnambulism is a serious condition because of lack of sleep paralysis, among other reasons. If the mind is awake (you have not lost awareness), you are going to experience sleep paralysis consciously. When your mind is awake and your body is asleep, it triggers sleep paralysis. It always happens when you try to induce a lucid dream using the WILD technique, and the same goes if you are pursuing an astral projection. Do NOT MOVE nor try to move at this stage, or you will break your trance and blow it. You do not need to be afraid, and only focus in your desired dream or in your vibrations and you will have a pleasant surprise!I have a course about lucid dreaming where you can find a lot more out from lucid dreaming!
