Advices For Weight Loss

Weight loss??? Any advice???

HI! I need to lose about 10 lbs. I already excersize no less then 30 minutes a day, I also walk about 1 mile or more a day pushing a double stroller w/ 2 30 lb kids in it. I watch what I eat but I still can't lose this 10 lbs. I recently quit smoking and I am thinking that may play a role in it. I take Lexapro so I have to be careful w/diet pills. Does anyone have any advice on what else I could? I am going to Florida in about 3 weeks and just want to look nice in my suit. Thanks!

Teen weight loss advice please?

I'm 13, 5'9" and, 170-80 lbs.
I'm not really focused on how much weight I lose, but how diffrent I look.

I have huge thighs, and a ginormus butt (ew), love handles, and a flabby belly.

It'd be nice to be able to change my diet and do excersizes so i can see atleast some (no, i'm not expecting anything to go away over night) improvement in a week or so!

What should I eat?
Keep in mind I can't always go out (homework), so what can i do at home?
How long should I do it (I mean, time wise)?
What should i eat?

thanks!

Pleaseee help! i need weight loss advice?

This is hard because you are so young. Be very careful with diets. Don't reduce how much you eat but change what you eat. Since you are growing you are going to need a lot of calories. Stay away from junk food and eat a lot of chicken, fish, and meats. What I mean by meat is something that is lean. Not hamburger meat, but like a steak. Fruits vegetables, blah blah blah. I'm sure you know all of this. It's also very important that someone as young as you are exercises for at least an hour a day. Everyday. Change up your physical activity's. Basketball, Jogs, stuff like that. Cardio is going to melt your fat away. In other words if you are doing something that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat and breathe harder. . .you're gonna melt the pounds away. Challenge your stamina. Keep your heart rate up for as long as you can and push yourself to do more and more each day/week. But don't over do it. If you don't normally run, don't start out by running 2 miles. Start with a quarter mile for a couple of days and bump it up to a half. . .then 3 quarters. . so on and so forth! good luck!
