When I get to my homepage, or when I click the mail icon is there anyway I can see the inbox for both mailboxes without having to open my personal email, then going on the left and selecting my business?

Is there a way of sorting emails by their size in Gmail?

TY for the A2A.First off, Lauren Lawton Perfors excellent answer tells you exactly how to search for emails by size. But many people still want to know why Gmail does not sort.Yes, it's true. Gmail does not allow you to sort - and after several years of watching people rant, rave, and foam at the mouth about this on the Gmail forums and other places, I'm convinced they never will. You see, Gmail was designed from it's inception to replace sorting - with something better. Search! Google adding the ability to sort the Gmail inbox would be the biggest search company in history tacitly stating that sort is better than search. Not friggin' likely! And in point of fact... it isn't.In my experience, people who want to sort their inbox by sender or date or size typically have hundreds (or thousands!) of emails still in the inbox. This is usually because they don't truly understand archive, and are uncomfortable with it.Also they often know very little (or zero) about search.Basically... people who ask this question are still trying to use Gmail as if it were Outlook or some similar email client. It really isn't!  It's fundamentally different. Different in it's most basic assumptions, aims, and design.People who come to Gmail from a Server/Client email system (Outlook) must unlearn their old ways, and then learn new ones. Kids have no trouble learning Gmail, because they never learned Outlook! Sort vs Search is one of those Gmail fundamentals that seem to trip many people - sometimes for years. If you are new to searching your Gmail, here's a great video. And a great article: 5 Advanced Gmail Search Operators You Should Know

How do you sort the new yahoo email inbox by sender?

It is possible to sort by sender and subject.

Follow these instructions:
Turn off conversation view in settings (settings > viewing email > enable conversations), then it's possible to sort by sender and subject, etc. (To find options to sort emails, click on 'view' in top-right-hand-corner, directly above the time stamp of the emails.)
Thanks Randy and Zag for the help.

How to sort Yahoo Mail inbox by sender?

i have found three ways to sort by sender.

One is, type their name into the search bar.

The second is, while the message list is displayed, hover over the message line. Part of the sender's name will be replaced with 3 icons, the first one - furthest to the left - will be a magnifying glass. Click the magnifying glass to display a list of emails from that Sender.

For the third option you will need to disable the Conversations feature. Conversations is when Yahoo groups or threads multiple emails together into one email. To disable this feature:

Hover over the gear icon in the upper-right corner
Select Settings
From the list on the left, select Viewing email
Locate Enable Conversations and uncheck the box to disable this feature
Click Save

After you do that, you can click View and a menu will appear with an option to Sort by Sender. View is located at the right side of the compose bar. Note: You must first disable the Conversations feature or nothing will happen when you click View.

Edit: Most times problems with Yahoo Mail it indicates a problem with your web browser, programs or computer issues. You can try switching to a different browser or update your current browser, enable or update JavaScript or download or update adobe flashplayer. Sometimes browser add-ons, plug-ins, ad-blockers, anti-virus or anti-malware programs or firewalls may interfere with Yahoo Mail or block features and functions of Yahoo Mail.

TY for the A2A.Yes, it's true. This is probably because you don't truly understand archiving in Gmail, and are uncomfortable with it. I would also bet you know very little (or zero) about search.Basically... people who want to sort or use folders are still trying to use Gmail as if it were Outlook or some email client, or even the way they “always” used Yahoo or AOL.Gmail is fundamentally different. It seems like no matter how many times I and thousands of other techie types say that, people still ignore it (I can see it in their eyes) - and then go right on trying to use Gmail like every other email they ever used.THAT’s the problem!!!Gmail is totally different in its most basic assumptions, aims, and design. Trying to use it as if it was Outlook causes more problems than anything else.People who come to Gmail with years of experience using other email must unlearn their old ways, and then learn new ones.
