If you could be reborn to have any life you wanted after your death, what would it be like?
I would be the greatest of the Gods.The most powerful God because there would be other Gods who are my disciples. Being the only God would be quite lonely.I would be immortal, I would have total control over everything in the world. My job is to listen to prayers and grant people blessings or punishments.I would have the power to destroy the world and recreate it. Which would be handy when the world gets out of control. I could also see into the future.Everyone would worship me as a God, people would worship my friends as well.This is a genuine dream of mine, to have total control over the world. Sadly, it would never happen.
I want to break free from society..?
There is a circle of natural order. If you want to live an exciting life, you have to chase after it. Excitement can come in the sense that the world around you is being experienced in a way that the typical perspective cannot behold. For example, I love to give compliments to everyone that I pass on the street. I believe that society is a cold and desolate voice, and the sweetest of compliments can warm the hearts of many people. Whenever I'm walking down the street, I'll give someone a compliment or if I'm at the store- I'll tip the cashier. Society isn't all that bad. If you do decide to break free from society, realize that it's a very lonely journey. The positive thing about living in such a dull and lifeless society, is that you're living in it with other people. Please do understand, that many people around you are more than just the eyes can see. You might pass a woman on the road, but you don't know what type of life she lives. Maybe that woman wrestles alligators in her spare time. Haha. The best thing to do is view the people in society in a spontaneous matter. It makes the world ten times brighter than it is. :)
Given a choice, would you choose a perfect fantasy world to live or reality?
Let's say you have a holodeck like in Star Trek. You can create anyone and anything you want. You must decide whether you can live out your fantasy forever or face the hardship of reality. In your fantasy world you can be rich, have 30 wives that never age or get fat (vice versa for women), great food, beautiful scenery. Everyone lives on an even keel in this world. No crime, murder, everyone is polite and courteous, no politics, great vacations, etc...
{Christians} Didn't God promise Noah he wouldn't destroy the Earth again {Christians} ?
If I have this right (not saying I do) God will recreate the Earth after Judgement Day. But I though that in Genesis after God caused the flood he made a covenant with Noah saying he will never destroy the Earth again or somethinglike that. Can someone explain this.
Why is world history important?
Because those that don't understand history are doomed to repeat it. We have to learn from the mistakes of the past and build upon the successes.
9th grade world geography! everything,help!?
What is the topic you have been studying?? Go over all the notes you have taken and study, study, study. If you have to remember certain countries in continents or anything like that, make memory clues and hide, cover, check and repeat in order for your memory to grow :). If you are able to, why not ask the teacher about the specific pages you are to study from the textbook, and go from there. I can remember studying for my geography exams in highschool, and I can tell you that if you never understand something all that well, there is always an internet website to explain it better. Preparing nights before is the best plan! good luck!
