Air Stones And Airation For Fresh Water Fish Tank

Sea monkey tank needs to be aerated... I don't have the million bubbles air pump!?

I don't know what a million bubble pump is, that sounds very made up.
but I do know what you need, any air pump and a wooden airstone (available at any good aquarium store)

ok, so I looked it up and that's the stupidest thing I've ever seen in all the 30 years I've been keeping, selling and maintaining fish. The stupidest thing ever !!!
The information about it is a lie, you can't make water healthy and oxygenated by squeezing that thing once a day in the tank. That's pure crap !!!!

Do a betta and a snail need air stones?

I have a betta and a golden snail in a filtered and heated tank (about 9 gallons) with a few live plants. I am not sure whether my filter aerates the water (it has small elastic tube sticking out of the tank just before the "output"). I know my betta doesn't need an air stone but what about the snail and the plants? Will my betta benefit? My water has a ph between 7.5-8 and i don't want to mess with other conditioners beyond the tap water one. I have no idea about the hardness and stuff but everything goes fine for a year now. Will the extra aeration lower my ph or improve the water parameters?

P.S. I assume an air pump is needed, i go for brands such as Tetra, are they noisy?

Whats the best way to have aeration with a sand aquarium?

I am currently setting up my first aquarium with sand. My other fish tanks have all had gravel. My question is whats the best way to add aeration to the tank?

I normally bury air stones under gravel but I think this would just make a mess with sand... with the bubbles kicking sand up off it and up into the water, filter, everything. Thanks! Pics of sand w/ aeration setups would be great too!

Does my 10/20 gal Glofish aquarium need an aerator when my filter creates bubbles already?

air bubbles mostly look cool, and don't do much for the tank. As long as you have an appropriate filter that's all you need. If you have an undergravel filter only, I'd get a hang on back filter like the aquaclear or the Penquin as well.
