Why don't all the songs I sync to my iPhone show up in my playlists on my iPhone?
first, see if your songs has exceeded your phone storage, if so, only part of the songs can be synced. Second, try to verify if you had chosen only some playlist or songs can be synced on your syncing setting.

just add the albums on your itunes.. whenever you connect your iPod to the itunes, cancel the sync... on the summary page, check the manually manage music and videos option and you are done.. now, you can either drag and drop the songs you want directly from your library to ur iPod or sync them as usual.. when you'll connect your iPod touch now to the itunes, it will sync everything except music and videos..
Why do my tracks appear out of order on iTunes?
In my experience this is due to a difference in meta data between the tracks. Secondary click on the album and go to 'get info'. See if the album title, artist or album artist says 'mixed' when it should be the same for all tracks and correct it if it does. Otherwise enter the 'sorting' tab and check to make sure that none of the fields there say 'mixed'.Sometimes the 'compilation' box is ticked for some songs on an album and not others, which causes them to be stored in different iTunes Media subfolders. Any confusion being caused by this might be rectified by twice clicking the tick box in 'get info' for the whole album. If this is not the case then there is a good chance that iTunes is updating the iCloud details (or performing some other processing) for the album, in which case it should eventually correct itself.
