What are alternatives to sleeping with the TV on?
I am scared to sleep in the pitch black dark and I also don't like sleeping when the room is quiet and there is no noise, so I sleep with the TV on. The TV gives me light and noise at the same time, so I can get both. I heard that it's bad for you because you can lose brain cells and it's also harder to go to sleep. When I sleep with the TV on, I can go to sleep right away and it's not hard for me. I don't want to lose all my brain cells and I want another alternative that works the same way giving me light and noise at the same time. Would having a night light and music work? What do you think?

Buy a bunch thick or thin bed quilts and put lay them on top of each other like layers. Then, when you're happy with the thickness, lie on it. It's easier to clean and move than a mattress AND it's super soft and 'cushiony' since you're basically lying on lots of soft bed quilts :)

So prior to my previous post,I have decided not to sleep naked as I just realised that wet dreams could occur and I don't want my maid having to go through all the trouble to wash that and probably be disgusted by it. So I've decided to sleep in boxers. But I don't own any boxers. I was thinking of buying some before but my mom rejected it cuz she said I needed support for my underwear and so I couldn't get to buy it. But now that I have decided on my sleeping lifestyle,how should I substitute for boxers until I get some? Can I just use like shorts? The FBT kind? I have some PE shorts from my Primary school which I obviously don't use anymore. Should I use those?

I'm moving into an unfurnished apartment but don't have a bed and can't afford one now. I'm not looking forward to sleeping on the floor; the last time I did, my back and hips were in agony the next day. I can't get an air mattress because my cat will pop it.
