Am I Able To Play Soccer

Can i play soccer with my period?

Yes. Playing soccer is fine. You can do the same things on or off your period. Don't let your period stop you. Well only let it stop you for a minute or two, you do have to change your pad/tampon.

Welcome to womanhood. :D

Can I play soccer if I have flat feet?

I am totally confused if I can do any sports associated with running. My doctor in Ukraine told me that I cannot do any sports. No running, no jumping, no pressure on my feet at all. Couple of doctors here in the United States told me that it is ok to do sports if I wear arch support; However I have been wearing those arch supports and I feel uncomfortable running in them. My feet hurts and I injure myself playing soccer sometimes. Can I get some operation? What should I do I love running?

I have been playing soccer since I was in 4th grade, and now I am in 11th grade. How can I get into a Division I soccer team?

Thanks for the A2A.I’m just going to go ahead and say it:You’re completely underestimating how immensely talented Division I soccer players are. Here is the profile of a player at Stanford: Marc Joshua - 2017 Men's Soccer Roster - GoStanford.com and here is the profile of player at Belmont (a small, unranked Division I program in my state): Nate Kennedy - Belmont Bruins .(I picked the 1st freshman I cam to on both rosters, so these are not the stars of their programs)Both players played in USSDA (the highest level of club soccer), both were varsity players at strong HS programs, and both received HS all star honors. The Stanford player also received USSDA all star honors (a very impressive accomplishment). Now that you hopefully have a better idea of the caliber of player that plays for a Division I program, here is what you need to do to give yourself a chance of doing so:-Tryout for and make the premier club team in your area. 99.9% of college players at any level played club, this is a must.- Establish yourself as one of the best players on the above stated team.-Before your team goes to a tournament or showcase, go onto the tournament website and see what college coaches are attending. Invite the coaches of any schools that you are interested in to come see you play.-Play excellently that weekend. If you do this the coach will likely email you back expressing his interest in you and his desire to come see you play again.-Play excellently the second time the coach comes. After this point the coach will likely extend you an offer. You can accept the offer or negotiate depending on if you have competing offers.

Can't play soccer anymore :(?

I have played soccer for over 14 years now and I am a junior in high school. I have played on a premier team that has won states... won regionals... and placed at nationals. I have dedicated my whole life to playing soccer. I was even being looked at by a couple D1 schools that are currently top 50 in the country and others that were lower ranked. Last fall I got hurt.. bad... and even though they said in 5 months I could play again... i havent been able to and its been 8 months. So i went back to the doctor and they said that because of the injury and how severe it was... it caused something to mess up my hamstring and now I cant play competive sports, let alone soccer, anymore... I am a wreck and I dont know what to do with myself. I just really need some advice on what to do to stop thinking about soccer and my team and the chances I had.

How can I get back into soccer? I am 14 and I have been practicing a lot in my yard. I used to play 2 years ago and I am nervous about actually playing competitively since I am very out of shape.

Looking through most answers would already tell you what you need to do. Let me add something else.Match condition and fitness can still be somewhat different even if you have been training in your yard. I guess you can only train on your footwork and ball control (technique) at most. So if time is a concern, drop those, put more time to go and play. While you are on the field, always be moving, asking for the ball, and have fun. Forget about being competitive and stuffs if you are not even ready.Missed those days. Don't let your youth fly by.

Could I play soccer with an industrial piercing?

If it was a new piercing, would a little league team let me have it if I covered it with a bandage for games?
They usually let you put a band-aid over single hole piercings if they are new.
Thanks!
