Why does my husband act like such a wimp baby sometimes - what can I do?
He acts normally/like a man when he is in work-mode or playing competitive sports. (Now he does act like a baby when he's sick - but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking every day stuff) He's wimpy in many ways. ...it bugs me. He gets so cranky when he is tired/so irritable - and I'm not even on him about anything - I don't mess with him when he's tired. If you wake him up, he acts like the sky fell - it's ridiculous. If we want to go out to eat...I just want him to "be a man," sometimes, and make the decision as to where we will eat. If a dinner reservation has to be made - it's me that does it - he just won't step up to the plate. He is very athletic but, I swear, he has to show me every "ouchie" and ache from every ball game he plays in weekly. I swear! I am patient and I hide my pet peeve on this..but why is he a wimp, sometimes? I want him to act like a real man (not perfect). How can I talk 2 him about this or do I just accept it? Well, there are many perspectives to look at. When you got her, if she was that underweight i'm guessing she was neglected and/or maybe even abused. This could make her shy around people in a way that a child that has been abused will behave, shy and unsure. Another thing is, just because its a big dog doesn't mean that its going to be a guard dog. Its normal for big dogs to be just as shy and gentle as little dogs, and vice versa. My little chihuahua will bark and run right up to a larger dog. Dogs personalities are just as varied as humans. Some dogs just go with the flow and dont mind if an occational cat strols by the backyard, they are just happy to have you! I would hate to have her go back to the pound..she seems like a sweetie. Having a dog that is a little shy is better then having one that will try to attack someone! I'm sure that if anyone was scoping out your house, they wouldnt want to find out if it's a friendly dog or a mean one. with a shepard, i think they just wouldnt bother at all just in case. Who knows, she might surprise you one day if anything does happen. Dogs grow incredible bonds with their owners and would do anything to keep them safe. She considers you one of her pack, and she might just end up protecting you when she sees its needed.

First off you should stop comparing yourself to your sister. It may seem to you that she has the perfect body, life, looks etc. but deep down I am sure she has her own insecurities or things that she envies about you. Maybe you are really good in school, maybe you write good poetry or are good in acting or have a great singing voice. SOMETHING there is always something some one wishes they had...with you it's your sisters looks and I am sure your sister wishes she had something that you have or you exude. I am sure you are a very lovely girl, who is very pretty...and you should tell yourself that you are pretty and you are fine the way you are! You are saying that she is better than you or prettier than you because she has boys that like her...but she is also 21 and you are only 16. She's a lot older than you and has had more time to HAVE more experiences with boys than you. I would suggest talking to your sister. Tell her that you think she is lucky to have guys that notice her and you would like that in your life. If she's a good sister and you guys are close she should be able to open up to you and help you. And having boys in your life, or having boys like you for your looks doesn't mean happiness. Sometimes really pretty people have low self esteems too. It's nice to know that someone likes you for who you are and not just because your beautiful.
Why do girls turn down the nice guys and go out with mean rude and cured guys?
I can't understand women! I am such a nice guy and I know how to treat women with respect and would never do anything to hurt a girl physically and mentally. It seems like girls fall for the mean jocks and go out with a*ssholes who abuse them, who bully other people, pick on dorks, and GIRLS LOVE IT!!! I am such a nice guy, shy, quiet, and I am kind of a dorky type of guy but I am so nice to be around and I have great personality and always have been nice to women!! IN FACT, I AM SOMETIMES TOO NICE TO WOMEN AND THEY DON'T APPRECIATE IT!!! Then if I ask a girl if they want to do something (not just a date but to hang in general), I always get the cold shoulder and they would say: "UMM NAH Thats ok. I will pass" "No sorry" or worse they may say: "Get a life!!!" and some will even just say: "maybe. We will see" and arn't enthusiastic about it but if it was some other big brute guy with confidence, and is even aggressive about it saying something like: "Are you ready to come back to my place and I will fix us up some drink margarita specials and no dorks allowed!!" THEN THOSE TRAMPS WILL BE LIKE: "YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR COOL AS HELL!! BLAH BLAH BLAH WHATS YOUR NAME?" And they are all over him showing enthusiastic to him and this guy I know, he is abusive to girls but they tolerate him and if it was me as a sweet guy, girls are turned off!! I dont understand it!! Girls especially help me answer this question.
Do you think I'm an immature 13 year old? Do you think all 13 year olds are completely beyond maturity?
I'm 13 years old and simply looking through the questions here, I've come across a lot of people going on about how at ages 13 and even 14, kids don't know anything and are simply plain stupid. I've also seen a lot of questions by younger users that seem to justify this point, but I wanted some opinions anyway. I'm tired of being automatically sterotyped as immature because of my age. People hear that I'm 13 and you can see it in their face: They think I love Miley Cyrus, am boy crazy and don't know anything about the real world. It's unfair, in my personal opinion, to automatically lump people together, regardless of how young they are. I don't listen to mainstream music, I don't care about the "latest fashions", I'm not interested in sex or whether my chest is big enough to bag a guy in year ten... I realize that at 13, we're obviously not going to be wise and sharp as the rest of our elders :) but I don't think we should be commented on as "not knowing what reality is" and the like. Do YOU think that all 13 year olds are immature? Sorry for the rant but it's annoying :) What's your opinion?
