Is it ok to upload video game story walkthrough in youtube?
Considering there’s game walkthroughs all over YouTube, I’d say so. But, I’d have to put a little warning here, too: It’s okay to put walkthroughs for most games on YouTube. Others are… touchy.If you want to be 100% sure it’s fine to upload walkthroughs for a game, see if other YouTubers have uploaded footage and audio from the game you want to play. If the footage/audio segment from the game is longer than five seconds, there’s a high likelihood you’ll be safe to upload your own videos of the game.However, there’s another little tidbit to put here: Nintendo.Nintendo is extremely protective of their games- even some older games! If you plan on monetizing the videos or even if you simply have monetization enabled on your channel, you could get in big trouble for uploading Nintendo game footage. The reasons other YouTubers ‘get away with’ uploading Nintendo game footage are:Partnership with Nintendo (where Nintendo takes a percentage of any profit you make from the video itself)Audio muted while the footage still plays (to avoid using the whole material)Footage and audio both play in sync (but not for very long to avoid the copyright limit)Obviously, the bottom two reasons are not viable ways to make a walkthrough (unless you do some crazy editing with a voice-over (which could actually turn out hilarious if done right)). The first option might seem like a good idea, but that percentage they require is a pretty ridiculous sum. For channels that don’t earn a lot to begin with, it’s a heavy hit.Be very careful what Nintendo games you play. For most other games, just do a bit of research to ensure you’re fine.

I am COMPLETELY stuck on this game. its the game its called "Escape" and you play the role of this girl named Detective Dialla and you have to escape from this bad guys gang boss person but I cant get any farther. I might have missed something. I am in the second room with the door that says "office" and i have busted the wall to find a shelf and have hooked up the lamp on it. I have found the picture with the hole, a gun, bible, gold coin, shampoo and watch and now i cant seem to get any farther. right now the lamp is on and is making a circular light right above this green looking container that says immorgamsics or something. the door is locked. i dont want the whole walkthrough, though if you CAN give me that that would be awesome. oh and i have put the nail in the wall but i dont know what else to do. there is something in the box, so maybe i have to open it. can any one help me?

Is it illegal to watch a computer game walkthrough on YouTube, that has no commentary?
I believe that technically it isn’t illegal but the game creators, musicians, and everyone involved can claim any money made from the video because they created it. Most companies wont’ do this because videos like that boost sales, which is a proven marketing method and is why so many games pop up on YouTube videos before they release.It would be mad if game companies started to sue content creators for what is effectively promoting their game, but publishers have done it in the past. For example, Atlas, publishers of Persona 5, sent out an embargo to all content creators that basically said any content they put up of the game, even streams, will be taken down and further action would be sought against the creator. They publicly deny this but the creators published the embargo online and it became pretty obvious that they weren’t telling the full truth. After some time when the game wasn’t getting views on YouTube and streams because of this, and marketing was taking a hit, Atlas lifted the embargo. It was even more strange because the embargo applied after the game’s launch for about a month, which is really the golden window of opportunity for any game to take off and become a success.
If I am going to watch a (legal) YouTube video of a walkthrough commentary of a computer game, which is the best?
This is a curious question in regards to what makes a walkthrough commentary illegal or legal. If you’re in the United States, for instance, there really is no YouTube video highlighting gaming that would be considered illegal. Maybe if it was a streamer that is violating a NDA or has a hacked version of a game that’s not out yet … even that wouldn’t be illegal to watch. The streamer might get in trouble, but you - as the viewer - would not. Now, if you live in a country where there are restrictions on what you can watch on YouTube, I’m not sure what to tell you. Obviously you want to follow the laws of your country so that you don’t get in trouble for watching something not approved by your government.In any case - assuming you’re not in a country where the internet is restricted - you just want to search for a walkthrough and enjoy the one you like best. Most games have a lot of video walkthroughs, and most of the walkthroughs are good, so it mostly comes down to how much you like the voice of the narrator, or if you want narration at all.

use camstudio (from http://camstudio.org/ ) program to record your computer screen, then upload. --for best editing.... use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/lyric/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv file format... finally upload. or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces.... this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way. Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more. It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload. It works very well....just google search for "zillatube", and select the first search result for download...
