Am I Doing Stuff That Should Have Been Done At 22 And Not 25

Is 25 still young? I'm 24... wish I was 21 again! Is it all down hill from here?

I suppose that 21 is the culmination of your life, 16 to 21 should have been the BEST years of your life, where you had the most admirers, when you felt your prettiest/hansomest, and this is the stage in your life which you will look back when you are old and have some fond memories of.

All I can tell you is

LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST. This is the prime of your life

Redoing .25 acp as .25 Magnum... in a high capacity subcompact?

This is much like the concept of the .25 NAA, which is a .32 ACP necked down to use a .251" bullet. It's very doable.

Would I buy a .25 Magnum? Probably not, as there are pistols like the Ruger LCP that can pack .380 ACP into a tiny package.

Still, it would be an interesting project and I would like to see the performance numbers. Could a .17 cal. bullet be used?

What is the best thing to do at the age of 22?

Few things from my personal experience I want you to know to make your life more meaningful. 1. Sit back and think clearly what you want to do with your life. Dream of the future you being at 25, come back to reality and hit full throttle towards it to achieve it. Did I just missed mentioning you have a headstart of 5 years.2. Don't be confused. Life is a journey with unexpected and anticipated action events. It's okay to be confused at times but for long, you are going to kill yourself internally.3. Don't criticise. Don't fall into this pit of criticism. It's going to eat you, rotten you, make you hollow day by day. You are going to be a negative person which is not good for a young chap of your age. In short it is the worst useless hopeless job one can take.4. Be open minded with open arms with enclosed morales. Listen to everyone. This will give you a wider vision to see things with different angels and thus makes you take a better judgemental calls.5. Eat right. A healthy mind, a health body will support you to fetch anything you want. Don't go for junk. Don't play with your intestines because the day they start playing you will not be able to even get from bed to run walk and what not. Don't smoke, it's worsen your horizons, trust me.6. R&D. Research and developments, basically a corporate terminology. This is a Internet era. Just make sure you opt for anything you buy anything, be it mobile, home loan, car, college preferences and any big decision, just do some research before going for it. This will not only enhance your knowledge but will help you to choose best for yourself. 7. Never disobey your parents. Many children these days finds it a flaunting element to rule over their parents, be arrogant to them and disobey them at every single stage. If you are a billionaire but still have not won your parent's heart your still a poor lad, but if you are a poor guy who have won his parents heart then he is worth a billionaire. Remember"If you do good, the good will come back to you".8. Read books. The more you read the more better for you. The more you read the more you know, the more you know, the more you can write, the more you can write the better narrator you. The better narrator you, go have it - world is yours.P.S - I am not articulative and a coherent person. Still I suppose you get my point. Happy reading.

I'm 22 pursuing a chartered accountants course. I am not able to clear my IPCC (Inter) after four attempts. I am completely lost and depressed. I am not able to study or enjoy life. How do I make things right?

Hi I am 2012 CA , I hope I am eligible to answer your question. To give you a background, I was a meritorious student throughout my academics but CA :).I was able to clear uptill CA final everything in first attempt with good grades. But just before (5days)my CA final first attempt I got Jaundice and was then hospitalised. It took me 2 months to recover. Then it took me 4 attempts to clear my CA Final .why I am telling you this is to correlate to your position of miniscule and apparent failure, which it is actually not.I also felt at that time that having taken so many attempts to clear it will destroy my carrer.I will be a lesser CA who will be considered less preferred in interviews. But my friend in CA, it is only about the depth of knowledge that matters.once you reach an interview room then it is level playing field for all first attempters ,rank holders and people like me.After qualifying I got 2 jobs before campus.Joined the promising one.Within first year got another offer from highly reputed IT company in Gurgaon and another one which was Big 4.Joined the IT company. Now currently working in one of the biggest consulting and IT company in the world. So the question here is what mattered the most.1.Never give up attitude(I even did not start my bcom because I was convinced that I will become CA ,later on did it ) so make yourself conscious that YOU WILL BE A CA, NOTHING MORE OR LESS THAN THAT.2.While you are studying try to understand the concept and not mug up by saying "BAS EXAM CLEAR HO JAYE".You might clear exam but then its an open world which requires skill.3.Avoid coaching and tutors books as much as possible.since you had given multiple attempts i assume you would have taken enough coaching.Go into self study mode completely and refer to institutes 10 year question paper ,sometimes 15 year compiler is also available from institute only refer to that and not any private turor even if he/she is of national fame.Give mock tests yourself by randomly picking full subject question paper.4.Have General awareness and related passion.I had some research and knowledge about stock market which helped me a lot throughout.Read economic times and be updated about RBI activities,etc.5.Forget that you ever failed. If you would allow that to convince you subconsciously then it would be very damaging.Remember: Nothing great has been ever achieved without great suffering. So step up to this challenge called CA and come out as a winner.

25 and never had a girlfriend...contemplating suicide?

I've been saying this forever... 19 no girlfriend, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and now 25 and closing in on 26... I'm still a virgin and have never actually had a real girlfriend or even asked a woman out.. but that's because there is never any interest in this HIDEOUS FACE http://www.flickr.com/photos/110846694@N07/11253785306/ I also still live at home with my parents who are basically forcing me to work in this **** hole town in the upstate of South Carolina. Right now my social life consists of coming home from work from 11-7am and going to bed and waking up and going right back to work. My degree is in sports management and I've got no hope to find any sort of decent job or anything. When I was 19 I got in trouble for DUI because I drove up on a license check and now I can't even get into the air force. I sometimes think that there is no escape from this town or any hope of any girl ever liking me so I think that killing myself would solve all of these problems. Sure, people would be sad but at least I'd be done with being a failure.

I am 22, in India, and I have never had a girlfriend. I love meeting new people and I’m quite caring. What am I doing wrong?

Well I too have been in your predicament, and did date a few women, but things didn't work out in the long run. That's just how the proverbial ball rolls i guess!I know this might sound all preachy, but hear me out. Finding a significant other( in your case, a girlfriend) shouldn't be seen as an achievement, or a notch in your belt. Loneliness is definitely horrible, but that's only if you don't enjoy your own company! Trust me, the day I stopped looking for others to keep my happy, was the day happiness finally found me!You've already won half your battle, you're kind and caring and love meeting new people! Don't stop, Don't change, Don't conform to something you're not just for a girlfriend! If you model yourself to make someone, like you more, you're living someone else's life, for someone who you probably don't think can handle your true self. You're cheating yourself my man!Enough of my babbling, my two cents to you and your current predicament would be that there might not be anything wrong with you, it is just not the right time! And one thing about most women that I have noticed, and truly believe in is, "To truly understand a lady, you've got to understand every word she DOESN'T say!"And also, always remember the 3 F's :FamilyFriendshipForgivenessThese will let you focus on the most important thing first, "YOU". And the day you can sit alone, and not be lonely; that is the day you'd get a message on your phone or friend request from someone who was waiting all along, just to say "Hello". P.S: NOT an Adele reference.

I really need help from a single/looking guy age 22-25, preferrably in Maryland but can be in any state 10 pts

I know I should not be asking this on here because any wierd person with bad intentions could say anything, but trust me, I have developed a knack for seeking out such people and I will know if you are like that. Just try me, lol. With that said, I sort of made up a fake guy name on yahoo messenger and used it to IM a girl who seemed desperate, and now the girl thinks it is a real guy. So like if there is a guy in MD (or any other state) who reads this and you are single and looking, could you descreetly and gradually IM larcenciel4034 to the point of sort of developing a relationship, and I will go on the fake name I made up and somehow consciously end the "relationship"? But if you do not want to IM larcenciel4034 then would you be interested in me? Note that I have mild autism and often do stupid things and then laugh, like stick a a cheeto in the mouth of a still alive catfish in a bucket that my father caught. I am 22 and my myspace is myspace.com/erica_bischoff

Anyone have a bmi of 22-24, do people say you look fat?.?

I'm writing a paper on body image and I would like to know if you are a female over 25 who has a bmi of 22, 23, 24 and even 25? Do you think you look fat or do people say you should lose weight. The ideal bmi for women is 20-21, but under 25 is not overweight but perhaps looks so in our culture, this is the reason I am asking... thanks
