I need to lose weight FAST. ?

Limit your calories to 500 calories a day or less. If you feel that's too low, start with 800.
No fried foods. At all.
Steam all your vegetables.
Eat lots of fruits, but only 1 mango a day, if you do choose to eat mangoes.
Remember to count your calories even when you're eating fruits!
Eat celery, it's negative calorie so you actually burn more digesting it.
Don't eat after a certain time.
Yes, exercise will definitely help. 30-40 mins of bicycling would burn about 200 cals.
I think you should do about 100 push ups, and 100 sit ups a day.
Drink a ridiculous amount of water. Cold water, so your body burns calories.
Diet coke, if you feel the need for a flavoured drink.
No fruit juice or any kind of soda unless it's diet.
No carbohydrates like bread etc.
Exercise the first thing in the morning to kick start your metabolism.

If you do all that, yes you should be able to lose at least a pound a day. I lose about 2 pounds a day on average, until this winter season. No idea why. But it should work. Depends a lot on your metabolism as well. But good luck love! You can do it!!

Your mom may not be telling you in the nicest way, but she's probably being honest. Your weight is directly related to your health and longevity. If you are interested in being healthier, and living longer, you should consider losing the weight. The best way to go about losing weight is to find a healthy diet (not anything involving near-starvation), and to do regular exersise. Do not allow arthritis to be a crutch. At your age, it definitely should not be.

Consider doing bicycle crunches. They have been largely voted as the single best exercise you can possibly do. Also, you won't be on your feet, so your ankles cannot be an excuse here. But you still should mix in other cardio, as well. Consider buying an incline ball and light free weights, and start doing other routines that target other areas besides your abdomen.

I'm fat how can I lose weight fast?

I'm 15 years old. I am 5'4" and weigh 160. All of my friend my age and height weigh around 100-110. I'm not really aiming for a super low body weight but I want to get in shape and be healthy so I can enjoy my teenage years without being remembered as the fat girl. What are some things I can do to lose 1-2 pounds a week to reach my goal of 130 by next september (when summer break has happened and school starts up again.)

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...

is it just me or do fat people lose weight faster than skinny people, i mean i watch the fit club and crap and talk to other people and they will lose like 4 or 5 pounds a week just cutting out a few things they eat, but i will drink like 2 gal. of water a day and exercise and eat nothing but salad for 3 weeks and i lose like nothing, and im not over weight i just want to lose like 10 pounds, is it in my head or is it harder to lose weight when u r not fat to begin with???

i am a 13 year old boy and i want to lose weight when the summer is over.i weight 121 . i am 5.3 and i am not fat only my stomack is a little big and i want to lose that fat. i am doing a dite and i run every day at the morning and i do ab excersises and i drink 6-7 cups of water a day and i do push ups.and i want to lose weight befor the summer is over??is there some thing ales i can do???thank u for ur help
