Am I Obc Nc Layer Pls Reply Emergency

How do I renew my 4 year old obc certificate with latest format as in IBPS they ask certificate issed with in one year?

Well some of the states authorities issue new one and i have myself seen this, when i have gone for IBPS and SBI interview and thereby facing there doc verification.I had the certificate from UP and the procedure in UP is the certificate gets issued only once and its digitised and uploaded on UP govt website. So whenever the person visit them for renewal they just ask to get it from online or they themselves take the printout and give it to the applicant. Problem with this is the certificate will hold date of issue which will be the date when you first applied for it and the certificate got generated.so the Solution for this is,Get the official OBC NON CREAMY LAYER PROFORMA CENTRAL govt. format printout and fill the detail. Take the original caste certificate along with it to the DM office and ask the issuing officer to get this attested. The DM or equivalent authority officer will sign and stamp the proforma with the latest date. This you can use it as certificate for the exams in verification process.https://iimcat.ac.in/per/g01/pub...or you can even download it from the IBPS notification in annexure section. This is the actual way how it needs to be done.BOB interview, BMSB PGDBF and SBI (with some explanation) accepted it.However,I and many more faced many issues for PUNE centre IBPS interview since there were some official who (sorry to say) didnt had any knowledge regarding documents and since india is vast the documents format color will differ, which these people were not understanding and creating a lot hurdle for the candidates. I had to give out a declaration form to issue certificate if got selected. Along with it they also raised issue when my name in application format was S B Y and i had my name on certificates as Y S B L( L= fathers name) They made me sign one more declaration form.Other candidates too faced many issues and i can even say were harassed since some girls brokedown at that moment itself. So all in all it also depend on the authority who is verifying the papers, if he belongs to same state or knows how documents are issued in that state or even if he is understandable, you wont face any issue with the solution i provided.GOOD LUCK !

How many days are required to get a new caste certificate in Rajasthan?

I am the right person to answer this question as I issue certificates almost daily on behalf of SDM.See, at present it's a three level process to get your caste certificate.Level 0: Here you have to submit your form to emitra along with the documents (Ration card, voter ID, bonafide, bhamashah ID, patwari report etc.). Emitra then fills the form online and submits the scanned documents to Level 1.Level 1: Here Tehsildar of your area is the dealing clerk. He gets the application on the emitra portal and checks the application completely and if all things are correct then he forwards it to Level 2 otherwise sends back to the emitra. (Mostly clerks/IA do the work on behalf of Tehsildar)Level 2: Here SDM of your area is the issuing authority. He gets the application on emitra portal from Tehsildar(dealing clerk). He checks the remarks and application form. If everything is fine then he approves the application and sends for the signature otherwise sends back to previous level(Tehsildar) or to emitra. Then signatures are done digitally by using digital signature dongle. And you can get the certificate printed from emitra. (Here also clerks/IA do the work on behalf of SDM)It is the whole process that takes place. Now, if you talk about time, you may get it on the same day or you may have to wait for 15 days or more sometimes. Why? There are many factors involved. If everything is fine (your documents and other details are correct) then you should get the certificate within 10 days of applying through emitra. So it takes 5 days to pass through level 1 and 5 days to pass through level 2.As applications arrive and get disposed in FIFO(First In First Out) manner. The time depends on the pendecy of the applications. If there are no more applications then you can get the certificate early within 1 or 2 days but it all depends on dealing clerks you can't force them before 10 days at least, you can just request ;)If your application form has some kind of mistake or any document is missing then your application is sent back to emitra again and again till you correct them or get them correct by emitra. I have seen people wandering for more than a month.I hope I answered your query.PS: Days are counted only official working days holidays are not included.
