Am I really overweight?

I'm 1m78, weighing between 69-72kg depending on how much I work out during a specific month.

I went to see my GP who I just signed up with, for a couple of minor things. Apart from telling me I should stop smoking (which obv I know I should), he also said "and well you're overweight". He didn't even weigh me!

I know i'm not skinny by any means, but I'm tall and my main bit of 'fat issue' is a bit of muffin tops, which are hard to get rid of, but it's a bit of fat, a bit of curve, size 12 usually, really not that bad, so I was quite upset when he told me. Am I blind? Am I really OVERWEIGHT?
Compared to some people I see walking around who I would have considered their weight to be a health issue, I've never seen my weight as being a problem!

No you are not fat sweetie its only in your head your fine you are even considered under weight and if you dont beleive me see your doctor so he he can tell you, and don't eat so little cause that will eventually cause you body to go into starvation which it means you organs will stop functioning and cause you to get very sick. And once you start eating like a normal person you will just end up gaining all the weight back and then some because you body will turn into fat because of the lack of it in your body. Running will help you get slim but since yuh eat little it will make you appear bony . If you want to tone up just eat like 1200 Cals. a day and keep running but also reward your self.
