Will not eating make me lose weight ?

you will lose weight at first. then you will bloat and your body will eat your muscle mass. not to speak of the malnutrition. head aches. fatigue. mood swings. eventually if you allow it to get bad enough you will have trouble controlling your bowels because you have no muscle! Don't do it. just eat RIGHT and exercise and you will be the beautiful shape you desire. not eating is the easy way out. you need to work to be healthy and fit =D hope I helped. Good Luck!

Oh also, try to eat a small meal every 2 hours (sandwich and orange size with WATER! no more soda and try to cut out most juices). helps your metabolism!

I got fat fingers? how do i make them skinny? lose weight?

Long nails will give the illusion of longer thinner fingers - especailly like a french manicure/or someother close to flesh coloured nail polish.

Also, could be just genetic. My skinny friend who is really beautiful - has big hands and funny looking feet. Every one has some kind of ugliness to bear in this life.... If it is just fat fingers - be happy it isn't alot of other things that could be wrong with the way you look.

Im 15 i weigh 130 and im 5"6" {do i need to lose weight?}?

You are not over weight but I can understand if you have the desire to loose a few pounds. I am 5'6" and was 130-135 lbs all through high school. It is a very health place to be. My only concern for you is that you are 15. You are still in those puberty stages so don't worry about your weight right now. It may even go up a little as your hips and boobs fill out more. For me the moment I went off to college and could make my own food choices I dropped down to 125. Just make sure to eat healthy and stay active. Feeling happy and comfortable in your body is the best way to live. And confidence is always beautiful.

Keep doing cardio- it is so good for you! But in order to sort your arms out you need to tone.

Try lifting light weights- up to approx 3 kilograms, and do arm curls- you need to do a lot of reps. Start with 50 and increase gradually to 100 per day. The nice thing is that you can do this at home too- use cans of food or full water bottles. Also try tricep dips- you sit on a chair and then push yourself off, your arms supporting you on the chair- then you do kind of a push up, your bum slowly going down towards the floor, your elbows bend- but put the weight and effort into your arms, not your knees.

How can I lose weight fast? Im 14?

Hey my names Megan. Uhmm well Im 14 and I wanna lose weight? Im 5'9" and I weigh 201 pounds.. I know I know Im WAY over weight and I know that its very unhealthy. Ive tried to lose weight before but I just kinda gave up. I started high school this year and Ive seen all of the stick skinny girls always get all the guys and stuff. All of my friends are skinny. Im going to an arts school so Im supposed to be auditioning for plays and things. And Ive seen all of the girls who get lead rolls are skinny. Im not comfortable with my body at all. I never wear shorts or skirts. I always just wear jeans. I have an audition for a play called Learned Ladies next week and I wanna lose maybe a couple pounds? But by the end of the year I wanna be down to 150. If thats possible. I know that Im gonna have to eat healthy and exercise. Im up for it. Please tell me exactly what I have to do?

It is understood that it is very difficult letting go of someone you have invested so much time in. If he is only your boyfriend now and making statements like this, imagine what he would be like if you were to marry? Believe me it would only get worse. You are your number one concern and the person you are with is an extension of what you think of yourself. So, hey, if you like feeling horrible and ugly soon to expand in to feeling like an idiot and worthless, this sounds like the guy for you, sardonically speaking. Ask yourself what you want, not what you want to settle for. Who really gives a rat's behind how big or small you are other than you? I'll tell you, I have located the love of my life, after ending an 18 year marriage. When I met him I was wearing a size 4. I put on 40lbs and guess what, he has never ever said anything along any lines about the weight I put on. He loves me for me and always says I'm beautiful and sexy and means it. That person is out there for you, sometimes you have to go through a few bad ones while you are figuring out who YOU really are. Good luck to you girlie!!

I really want to lose weight....???!?

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

How much weight will you lose by making yourself throw up?

She didn't mention how painful it was to do such a thing and how she ended up stopping. Most people who try to throw up have an addiction to doing so and later cannot stop and develop bulimia. You can lose "weight" technically by throwing up since you are removing something from your body, but the fat is still there, it's like drinking a pound of water and weighing one pound heavier and thinking you got fatter, same as throwing up, it's a false number at the expense of your health. Also she's skinny because her body is now fragile, she looks normal because of the pounds of makeup caked on, but that's it, her body and health is in horrible shape and her age will be cut shorter than others. You aren't going to get full because your body is removing it from your intestines and it's like giving and taking and you feel hungry again, and this time weaker. It feels like a burning in your throat.

How fast will snorting cocaine make you loose weight?

Wow... Just wow... I am not sure jumping into a coke habit is the best way to lose weight. You should probably consider another alternative.
